Used 2025 Tesla Cybertruck for Sale near Traverse City, MI

Is the 2025 Tesla Cybertruck a good car?

The 2025 Tesla Cybertruck is a good fit if you want a tech-heavy truck for daily driving and occasional towing rather than heavy-duty work. Tesla designed it to be something other than a conventional electric pickup, and the result is a highly unconventional truck with a stainless-steel exoskeleton, bulletproof-adjacent glass, a 48-volt electrical architecture, and steer-by-wire steering.

Inside, it follows Tesla’s minimalist approach with an 18.5-inch touchscreen and a 9.4-inch rear display, while the bed adds practical touches like integrated outlets, lighting, and a powered tonneau cover. It also offers rear-wheel steering, one-pedal driving, and over-the-air software updates that have added features over time. On the downside, it is a poor fit if you prioritize traditional controls, rear visibility, or low ownership costs.

The market signal is moderate, with 22.2% of listings priced as good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Tesla Cybertruck reliable?

The 2025 Tesla Cybertruck is best understood as a highly unusual, feature-rich truck rather than a simple, low-complexity one. Tesla’s design choices give it standout engineering, including a stainless-steel exoskeleton, steer-by-wire, and a 48-volt electrical architecture, but those same choices can make ownership more complicated than on a conventional pickup.

For used buyers, that means you should expect a truck that may be more demanding to own long term than a mainstream alternative, especially if you want predictable repair costs and straightforward service.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Tesla Cybertruck?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the truck’s body panels, glass, and bed equipment are in good condition. A careful inspection should focus on fit and finish, signs of prior damage, and whether all of the truck’s tech and convenience features work as intended.
