Is the 2025 Porsche Panamera a good car?

The 2025 Porsche Panamera stands out because it blends Porsche performance with four-door practicality in a way few luxury sedans can match. It is the latest, third-generation version, and Porsche says only about 30% of components are carried over, even though it looks very similar to the previous car. The updated front and rear sections bring squarer headlights and a more pronounced rear light bar, while the overall character remains a mix of sportiness and luxury. Every version is described as enjoyable and comfortable to drive, and the range is now mostly plug-in hybrids.

That makes it a strong fit if you want serious speed, luxury-car comfort, and real everyday usability in one package. The standard equipment list is extensive, which helps support its premium positioning and makes the car feel well equipped from the start. 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Porsche Panamera?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any car you are seriously considering, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check for wear, repair quality, and any signs of deferred maintenance. Focus on overall condition, service records, and how the car was used, since premium performance cars can vary a lot from one example to the next.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Porsche Panamera?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient and disciplined.

• Deal availability: 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 247 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.46% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 96.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $104,997, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Porsche Panamera's resale value?

The current average of $104,997 sits slightly below last year's $117,260.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled enough to give you better entry pricing today than a year ago. If you buy well now, you may have a better chance of limiting your depreciation exposure compared with shopping when prices were higher. For a future seller, the key will be how well the car is maintained and how cleanly it presents, since premium sedans tend to reward strong condition and documented care.

Should I buy a 2025 Porsche Panamera or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.46% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better primary choice if you want the newest version of the Panamera formula and you value a strong mix of performance, comfort, and everyday usability. If you are more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth a look, especially if you can find a cleaner example with a lower asking price and similar equipment.
