Used 2025 Porsche Cayenne for Sale nearRaleigh, NC

How much does the 2025 Porsche Cayenne cost?

Prices are up 1.91% year-over-year — a sign of continued demand for this model year.

There are 1,215 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory for shoppers.

Is the 2025 Porsche Cayenne a good car?

The 2025 Porsche Cayenne earns an 8/10 expert rating.

The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

It blends luxury-SUV polish with genuine driving ability, and even the base model is described as delivering an agile driving experience. Standard all-wheel drive and premium interior materials help it feel upscale, while the lineup gives you room to move from an entry-level setup to much more spirited versions.

The trade-offs are clear: advanced safety features are not standard, and options can quickly push the price higher. That makes it a strong fit if you value driving enjoyment and premium feel more than bargain pricing.

There are 30.5% of listings priced as good or great deals, so there is still some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Porsche Cayenne reliable?

The 2025 Porsche Cayenne is presented as a polished, performance-focused luxury SUV, but it also asks you to accept expensive ownership. The overview emphasizes strong performance and refinement, while the expert summary says the Cayenne is not here to lose, even against tough rivals.

Its performance content reinforces that impression: Porsche says the base V6 is good for 348 horsepower and 368 pound-feet of torque, and the SUV is tuned to hustle over back roads with confidence. The cost-effectiveness notes also point out that maintenance is covered for the first year or 10,000 miles, which is a useful ownership perk.

For a used buyer, the main long-term risk is that the Cayenne’s premium performance and options can make upkeep and repairs more expensive than you might expect.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Porsche Cayenne?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and inspect the vehicle carefully, especially if you are considering one with expensive options or performance equipment. Pay close attention to wear, condition, and whether the features you want are actually present on the specific car you are looking at.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup ranges from the base Cayenne to the Cayenne Turbo GT, and the GTS adds unique exterior touches, larger air intakes, tinted headlights, red brake calipers, and 21-inch wheels. The base model may have smaller wheels and satin black trim instead of gloss black, so check whether the equipment level matches your expectations.
• Powertrain: The base 3.0-liter V6 makes 348 horsepower and 368 pound-feet of torque, while higher-output versions include a V8-powered Cayenne S, a Turbo GT, and plug-in hybrid options. The performance content also notes that the Cayenne can be equipped with rear-wheel biased all-wheel drive and an eight-speed transmission.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes parking sensors, forward collision warning, and blind-spot monitoring. Adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and lane-departure warning cost extra, and Porsche does not offer a hands-off/eyes-up driving assist.
• Infotainment: The cabin includes a curved 12.6-inch digital gauge cluster and a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A 10.9-inch passenger screen is optional, and the system also includes a Wi-Fi hotspot, Spotify, Apple Music, and a cooled wireless charging area.
• Fuel efficiency: Porsche says neither it nor the EPA has released fuel economy numbers for 2025. The cost-effectiveness content notes that last year’s V8 engine was rated at 15 miles per gallon in the city, 21 mpg on the highway, and 17 mpg combined.

Which 2025 Porsche Cayenne trim should I buy?

The 2025 Porsche Cayenne is offered in 6 trim levels: base Cayenne, Cayenne S, Cayenne Turbo GT, Cayenne GTS, Cayenne Coupe, and Cayenne GTS coupe.

Here's the short version:

• base Cayenne: This is the best-value starting point if you want the Cayenne experience without chasing the most expensive hardware. The overview says even the base model delivers an agile driving experience, and the performance content notes that Porsche says buyers can add some of the same driving characteristics found on higher trims.
• Cayenne S: This is the step-up choice if you want more power and a stronger performance focus without going all the way to the most extreme models. It suits you if you want a more spirited drive and are willing to pay for it.
• Cayenne GTS: This is the sweet spot for buyers who want the most balanced mix of sporty handling and everyday comfort. The expert summary says the GTS is meant for those who demand aggressive performance while still offering a comfortable ride at the touch of a button.
• Cayenne Turbo GT: This is the choice for maximum performance, but it is the most extreme and expensive direction in the lineup. It is for you if outright speed matters more than value.
• Cayenne Coupe: Choose this if you want the coupe body style and its sportier look. The look-and-feel content notes the coupe gets an adaptive rear spoiler.
• Cayenne GTS coupe: This is the coupe version for buyers who want the GTS formula with the coupe body style. It combines the GTS’s performance focus with the coupe’s styling.

Safety features are not fully standard, so check the exact equipment list carefully before you buy.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Porsche Cayenne?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you are patient.

• Deal availability: 30.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,215 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.91% year-over-year.
• Clean inventory: 97.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $101,225, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Porsche Cayenne's resale value?

The current average of $103,184 sits slightly above last year's $101,249.

That modest increase suggests the Cayenne has held value reasonably well in this market. For a future seller, that can be a positive sign that demand remains steady, especially for well-kept examples with desirable equipment.

The current price trend also points to a market that is not collapsing, which can help support resale confidence. If you maintain the vehicle well and keep it accident-free, you may be better positioned when it is time to sell.

Is the 2025 Porsche Cayenne safe?

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Porsche doesn’t go all-out on standard safety features. Parking sensors, forward collision warning, and blind-spot monitoring are standard, but adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and lane-departure warning cost extra. Porsche also offers InnoDrive, an advanced adaptive cruise control system that looks ahead nearly two miles, but it was not sampled in the test drive.

A key caveat is that neither NHTSA nor IIHS has rated the 2025 Cayenne for safety. That means you should pay close attention to the actual equipment on the specific vehicle you are considering.

Should I buy a 2025 Porsche Cayenne or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 30.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 97.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices are up 1.91% year-over-year.
• The expert summary says even the base model delivers an agile driving experience, and the Cayenne remains focused on performance and refinement.

The bottom line: If you want a Cayenne that emphasizes driving enjoyment, premium feel, and strong market availability, the 2025 is the one to target. If you are more price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on the best-equipped example you can find for the money.
