Is the 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross a good car?

With no expert test-drive score or user rating provided here, the best read is the market itself: the 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross is trading at $20,094, and that price sits in a range where you can shop selectively rather than rush. What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if a listing looks unusually cheap or has incomplete service records. Focus on overall condition, signs of prior bodywork, and whether the vehicle has been maintained consistently, since those details matter more than the asking price alone.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly when you find a strong listing.

• Deal availability: 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 990 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.02% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 86.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $20,094, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross's resale value?

The current average of $20,094 sits slightly below last year's $22,840.

That price movement suggests the model has softened in the used market, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. If you plan to sell later, your resale outcome will depend heavily on how well you preserve condition and documentation, since a softer market can make clean, well-kept examples stand out more. For you, that means buying carefully now can help protect value later.

Should I buy a 2025 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 39.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.02% compared with last year.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current pricing and available inventory, the 2025 is the one to focus on first. If you're especially price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby years to see whether a lower asking price outweighs the benefits of shopping the current model year.
