Used 2025 MINI Countryman for Sale near Lawton, OK

How much does the 2025 MINI Countryman cost?

Prices have softened 8.21% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 864 listings available, which suggests a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 MINI Countryman a good car?

The 2025 MINI Countryman earns a 6.83/10 expert rating.

The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

You get a small crossover with expressive styling, BMW-based engineering and technology, standard All4 all-wheel drive, and a setup that remains fun to drive. It also has useful rear-seat space and competitive cargo room, so it works better as an everyday SUV than its size might suggest.

The trade-offs are clear: dissatisfying steering and poor ride quality make it less polished than you may expect, and the technology can be unintuitive.

With 38.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 MINI Countryman reliable?

The 2025 MINI Countryman is presented as a well-equipped, modern redesign with standard safety and driver-assistance features, but it still carries the usual used-luxury ownership considerations.

Its performance setup is lively, with a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder, a dual-clutch automatic transmission, and standard all-wheel drive. That said, the powertrain can feel clunky at low speeds, especially with stop/start and brake-hold behavior in play.

On the ownership side, the complimentary maintenance coverage for three years and 36,000 miles is a helpful perk.

For used buyers, the long-term risk is less about outright capability and more about living with a quirky, complex SUV that may demand more patience than a mainstream rival.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 MINI Countryman?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the specific car you’re considering has a clean title and consistent service records. A pre-purchase inspection is especially important here because the Countryman’s appeal depends heavily on condition, and its ride, steering, and tech quirks are easier to tolerate when everything is working properly. Focus on how the drivetrain behaves at low speeds, how the infotainment responds, and whether the cabin and exterior show signs of hard use.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Cooper S is the popular choice, the John Cooper Works offers the most power and performance, and the SE is the electric model with an estimated 212 miles of range. The test vehicle’s Iconic trim and Favoured style added a more upscale look, while the base setup is less richly appointed.
• Powertrain: The Cooper S uses a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission and standard all-wheel drive. It makes 241 horsepower and 295 pound-feet of torque, and the setup is quick but not especially smooth in stop-and-go driving.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, lane-centering assist, blind-spot monitoring with active steering input, automatic high-beam headlights, front and rear parking sensors, a left-turn warning system, Mini Assist eCall, and adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go. Assisted Driving and Assisted Driving Plus build on that hardware, but the latter is part of the optional Comfort Max Package.
• Infotainment: The Countryman uses a round 9.4-inch OLED touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, wireless smartphone charging, cloud-based navigation, connected services, and a head-up display. The system is feature-rich, but the menu structure can be frustrating.
• Fuel efficiency: The official estimate is 27 mpg in combined driving, and the test vehicle returned 24.5 mpg.

Which 2025 MINI Countryman trim should I buy?

The 2025 MINI Countryman is offered in 3 trim levels: Cooper S, John Cooper Works, and SE.

Here's the short version:

• Cooper S: This is the best-value choice for most shoppers because it delivers the core Countryman experience: standard all-wheel drive, strong power, and the playful character that defines the model. It’s the trim to target if you want the broadest mix of performance and everyday usability without stretching to the pricier versions.
• John Cooper Works: Choose this if you want the most power and the most aggressive performance character in the lineup. It’s the right pick if driving excitement matters more to you than value.
• SE: Go here if you want the electric Countryman and its estimated 212 miles of range. It’s the trim for buyers who want the Countryman formula with an EV powertrain.

The safety content notes that the Countryman’s driver-assistance tech is standard, while Assisted Driving Plus is tied to the optional Comfort Max Package.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 MINI Countryman?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 864 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.21% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,245, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 MINI Countryman's resale value?

The current average of $34,245 sits slightly below last year's $37,307.

That price movement suggests the model has softened enough to help you buy in at a more favorable point than a year ago. If you plan to resell later, the current market gives you a lower entry cost, but it also signals that the Countryman may not hold value as strongly as it did last year.

For a future seller, that means your best protection is buying well and keeping the car in excellent condition. A clean history, strong maintenance records, and a well-kept interior will matter more if you want to minimize depreciation pain later.

Is the 2025 MINI Countryman safe?

The 2025 MINI Countryman earns a Top Safety Pick rating from IIHS.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard equipment includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, lane-centering assist, blind-spot monitoring with active steering input, automatic high-beam headlights, front and rear parking sensors, a left-turn warning system, Mini Assist eCall, and adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go capability.

That hardware also supports Assisted Driving and Assisted Driving Plus, with the latter tied to the optional Comfort Max Package. The system is capable, but the hands-free feature is not part of the standard setup.

Should I buy a 2025 MINI Countryman or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.21% compared with last year.
• Redesigned this year, it grows in size while keeping the character, standard all-wheel drive, and fun-to-drive personality that define the model.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $29,270, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $34,245 average.
• It offers a proven package with easy-to-use technology and the distinctive MINI look.

The bottom line: If you want the newest design, standard all-wheel drive, and the strongest mix of style and safety tech, the 2025 is the better target. If your priority is spending less and you’re comfortable with the older formula, the 2024 is the smarter value play.
