That reliability-focused approach should help reduce long-term ownership stress for used buyers, especially if you plan to keep the vehicle for several years.

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Lexus RX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully without waiting for a dramatic discount.

• Deal availability: 37.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,396 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.32% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $52,855, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Lexus RX's resale value?

The current average of $52,855 sits slightly below last year's $54,109.

That price movement suggests the RX is holding value reasonably well, but not appreciating in the current market. If you buy now, you may benefit from a softer entry price than last year’s shoppers saw.

For a future seller, that means resale should still be supported by the RX’s comfort-first reputation and broad appeal, but you should not expect a strong short-term price rebound. The best protection against depreciation will be buying at a competitive price and keeping the vehicle in excellent condition.

Should I buy a 2025 Lexus RX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 37.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.32% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $48,599, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $52,855 average.
• It blends luxury, comfort, and fuel efficiency in a refined daily driver.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2025 if you want the stronger current-market mix of inventory, clean listings, and softened pricing. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2024 is the better value path and still lines up well with the RX’s comfort-first strengths.
