Used 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport for Sale nearOntario, CA

How much does the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport cost?

Prices have softened 11.80% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,219 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport a good car?

The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport earns an 7.00/10 expert rating, and its appeal is strongest if you want a smaller, more stylish alternative to the traditional Range Rover with sportier on-road dynamics.

The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Performance.

That lines up with the overview: you get traditional Land Rover presence, a luxury-focused cabin, multiple powertrain options, and great handling. The trade-offs are clear too: it is not the strongest value proposition, and its technology can be unintuitive.

The market also reflects that split, with 38.4% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport reliable?

The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is presented as a well-rounded luxury SUV with broad capability, but its long-term ownership case still depends heavily on how you use it and how carefully you shop.

Its performance notes emphasize a refined platform, standard four-wheel drive, and a calm, confident demeanor even in the higher-output versions. The cost-effectiveness notes also point to a four-year/50,000-mile new-vehicle warranty and complimentary roadside assistance over the same period.

For used buyers, the main risk is that a premium SUV with complex hardware and multiple powertrain choices can become expensive to own if maintenance history is thin or usage has been hard.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on higher-spec or heavily optioned examples. Focus on signs of wear in the cabin, evidence of hard use, and whether the technology and driver-assistance systems operate as expected.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup includes SE, Dynamic SE, Autobiography, and SV Edition Two. The base SE starts with a minimalist cabin and 21-inch wheels, while the Dynamic SE can add a Stealth appearance package with black exterior trim and 23-inch wheels. The SV Edition Two stands apart with unique interior details, carbon-fiber wheels, and a carbon-fiber hood.
• Powertrain: You get multiple powertrain options, all paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission and standard four-wheel drive. The SE uses a 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six with 355 horsepower, the Dynamic SE can step up to 395 horsepower or a 454-hp plug-in hybrid, the Autobiography can add a 543-hp plug-in hybrid or a 523-hp twin-turbo V8, and the SV Edition Two uses a 626-hp version of that V8.
• Safety package: Standard driver assistance includes automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, traffic sign recognition, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and a driver attention monitor. The standard 360-degree camera system helps with parking, and all of that comes from the base SE trim level on up.
• Infotainment: You get a 13.7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 13.1-inch touchscreen, plus wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and Amazon Alexa integration. The system is responsive, but the minimalist layout means many functions live on the touchscreen.
• Fuel efficiency: The base six-cylinder powertrain is rated at 22 mpg combined, 20 mpg city, and 25 mpg highway. The V8 returns 19 mpg combined, 16 mpg city, and 23 mpg highway, while plug-in hybrids offer 53 miles of electric range and 21 mpg combined after that.

Which 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport trim should I buy?

The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is offered in 4 trim levels: SE, Dynamic SE, Autobiography, and SV Edition Two.

Here's the short version:

• SE: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the core Range Rover Sport experience with the 355-hp turbocharged inline-six, standard four-wheel drive, and the full driver-assistance suite. It makes sense if you want the nameplate and the styling without chasing the pricier powertrains.
• Dynamic SE: This is the best-value choice for many shoppers because it adds a higher-output 395-hp version of the inline-six and can also be paired with the plug-in hybrid. If you want the sweet spot between price and capability, this is the trim to target.
• Autobiography: This is the trim to consider if you want the richer powertrain mix, including the 543-hp plug-in hybrid or the 523-hp V8. It also gets the two-speed transfer case with low range, which makes it the most off-road-capable choice in the lineup.
• SV Edition Two: This is the halo model, with 626 horsepower, unique visual treatment, and the most dramatic performance character. It is for you if you want the most extreme Range Rover Sport and are willing to pay for it.

The safety package starts at the SE trim level, so you do not need to move up the lineup to get the core driver-assistance features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market if you are willing to compare listings carefully.

• Deal availability: 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,219 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.80% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $82,218, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport's resale value?

The current average of $82,218 sits slightly below last year's $93,217.

That drop suggests the market has moved in buyers’ favor, which can help you negotiate more confidently today. For a future seller, it also means you should expect depreciation to remain a meaningful factor, especially if you buy at the higher end of the range.

If you plan to resell later, the strongest protection will come from choosing a desirable trim, keeping mileage reasonable, and maintaining complete service records. A well-kept example should be easier to move than one with a spotty history, but this is still a premium SUV where condition matters a lot.

Is the 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport safe?

The 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport’s standard driver-assist features cover the bases, with automatic emergency braking, forward collision warning, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, traffic sign recognition, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and a driver attention monitor all included from the base SE trim level on up.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

The standard 360-degree camera system helps with parking and visibility, and the tall hood can make that especially useful in tight spaces. The main caveat is that the parking sensors are described as overly sensitive, so you may find the alerts a bit eager in daily use.

Should I buy a 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.80% compared with last year.
• The 2025 model keeps the same basic formula with minimal changes, so you can shop it for its styling, handling, and powertrain variety without paying for a major redesign.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It pushes further into prestige and performance, with the SV Carbon positioned as the most extreme Range Rover Sport yet.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of current pricing, inventory, and the familiar Range Rover Sport formula, the 2025 is the smarter buy. If you are chasing the newest and most extreme version of the nameplate and price is secondary, the 2026 is the one to watch.
