How much does the 2025 Hyundai Tucson cost?

Prices have softened 10.89% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 7,796 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for comparison shopping.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2025 Hyundai Tucson. It stands out as a compact SUV that blends value, space, and a strong feature set, with a larger footprint that brings more rear-passenger legroom and more cargo room behind the second row. You also get a polished cabin, an attractive high-tech design, and a generous warranty, which makes it appealing if you want a comfortable daily driver with a lot of equipment for the money. The market also shows 35.1% of listings as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Tucson’s overview points to a practical, comfort-focused SUV with a generous warranty and a feature-rich cabin, both of which are reassuring for used buyers. Its smooth ride and available all-wheel drive also support everyday dependability in normal use. For long-term ownership, the main risk is less about complexity and more about making sure the specific used example has been maintained well and hasn’t been worn down by heavy daily use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Hyundai Tucson?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because even a strong accident-free share does not guarantee the individual vehicle you’re considering is clean. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the cabin electronics, infotainment system, and driver-assistance features, since the Tucson leans heavily on tech. Focus on overall condition, tire wear, and signs of hard use so you can separate a well-kept example from one that has been neglected.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Hyundai Tucson?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the best examples.

• Deal availability: 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 7,796 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.89% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.3% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $24,336, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Hyundai Tucson's resale value?

The current average of $24,336 sits slightly below last year's $27,311.

That price movement suggests the Tucson has become more affordable on the used market, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. For a future seller, the softer pricing means resale value may be more sensitive to condition, mileage, and equipment level. Well-kept examples with desirable features should still draw attention, but you should expect buyers to compare carefully against similarly priced compact SUVs.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Hyundai Tucson or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.89% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $23,483, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $24,336 average.
• It is a well-rounded compact SUV with good passenger and cargo space.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model year with strong market availability and a lower average price than last year, the 2025 is the better default choice. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2024 is the more price-sensitive path and still gives you a practical, spacious compact SUV.
