Used 2025 Honda Ridgeline for Sale near Sedro Woolley, WA

How much does the 2025 Honda Ridgeline cost?

Prices have softened 7.20% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,487 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of used Ridgelines to compare.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Honda Ridgeline earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.83/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Form and function at 9/10.

The Ridgeline’s appeal comes from its crossover-like unibody construction, standard all-wheel drive, comfortable ride, and great handling. It is especially well suited if you want a midsize pickup that feels easier to live with than a traditional truck.

The main trade-offs are its limiting towing capacity for a midsize pickup and its outdated technology. Even so, its practical layout and everyday usability make it a strong fit if comfort matters more to you than rugged truck credentials.

29.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Ridgeline’s reliability case is helped by Honda’s reputation for straightforward engineering here: a single V6 powertrain, standard AWD, and a design that prioritizes everyday usability over complexity. Its smooth power delivery and solid ride quality also point to a truck built to be easy to live with over time.

Honda’s standard warranty coverage is in line with the segment, and the truck’s no-nonsense layout should help reduce ownership headaches if you keep up with routine maintenance.

For used buyers, the biggest long-term risk is that its lower towing and off-road limits may not match your future needs if your use case changes.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Honda Ridgeline?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you are considering a truck that may have seen work-duty use. Focus on overall condition, signs of wear in the cabin and bed, and whether the truck’s equipment matches the way you plan to use it.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Ridgeline is offered in Sport, RTL, TrailSport, and Black Edition trim levels. The base Sport is the least equipped, while the higher trims add more comfort, convenience, and appearance upgrades. The TrailSport stands out with all-terrain tires, unique suspension tuning, and a front skid plate, while the Black Edition sits at the top of the range.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Ridgeline uses a 3.5-liter V6 with 280 horsepower and 262 pound-feet of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission and standard AWD. The setup is smooth and responsive, but the truck’s car-like construction limits off-road ability compared with more traditional pickups.
• Safety package: Honda Sensing includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and Road Departure Mitigation. The lack of a 360-degree camera system is a notable gap.
• Infotainment: You get a 9-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless phone charging. The system is functional, but the interface and screen size feel dated compared with some rivals.
• Fuel efficiency: Most models return 21 mpg combined, 18 mpg city, and 24 mpg highway. TrailSport models are slightly less efficient.

Which 2025 Honda Ridgeline trim should I buy?

The 2025 Honda Ridgeline is offered in 4 trim levels: Sport, RTL, TrailSport, and Black Edition.

Here's the short version:

• Sport: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Ridgeline’s core strengths: standard AWD, the V6 powertrain, and the practical, easygoing character that defines the truck. It makes sense if you want the Ridgeline experience at the lowest price.
• RTL: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds more comfort and convenience without moving too far up the price ladder. If you want a more polished daily driver, this is the trim to focus on first.
• TrailSport: Choose this if you want the most off-road-oriented Ridgeline. It adds all-terrain tires, unique suspension tuning, and a front skid plate, but it still isn’t a hardcore off-roader.
• Black Edition: This is the top trim and the most upscale choice, with the most premium presentation in the lineup. It suits you best if you want the most fully equipped Ridgeline.

Honda Sensing is standard across the lineup, but the lack of a 360-degree camera remains a missed opportunity.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Honda Ridgeline?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it pays to compare listings carefully and move quickly on strong examples.

• Deal availability: 29.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,487 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.20% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $36,645, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline's resale value?

The current average of $36,645 sits slightly below last year's $39,489.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy at a better entry point today. For a future seller, it also means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim appeal rather than broad market momentum.

Because the Ridgeline has a practical reputation and a loyal buyer base, well-kept examples should remain easier to move than neglected ones. The strongest trims and clean-history trucks are likely to hold demand best.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Honda Ridgeline safe?

The 2025 Honda Ridgeline earns five-star ratings in frontal and side crash tests from NHTSA, and four-star ratings in rollover testing. It also earned a top “Good” score in the updated IIHS side crash test, along with a “Good” score in the original moderate front overlap test and an “Acceptable” score in the small overlap front test.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda Sensing is standard and includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and Road Departure Mitigation. The system generally works unobtrusively, but the adaptive cruise control can be slow to accelerate, and the lack of a 360-degree camera is a drawback.

The main safety caveat is the headlight rating, which came in at “Marginal.”

Should I buy a 2025 Honda Ridgeline or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 29.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.20% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It carries over unchanged after the 2024 updates, so you still get the refined, practical formula with standard AWD and a V6.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $34,664, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $36,645 average.
• It adds a new TrailSport trim and makes the truck feel more appealing and practical.

The bottom line: If you want the newest version of the Ridgeline’s comfort-first formula, the 2025 is the cleanest choice. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 is the smarter value play because it delivers much of the same appeal for less.
