How much does the 2025 Genesis GV70 cost?

Is the 2025 Genesis GV70 a good car?

The 2025 Genesis GV70 stands out as a compact luxury crossover with a distinctive Genesis identity, a technology-rich cabin, and useful space for the class. It brings a 14.5-inch touchscreen with navigation and over-the-air updates, plus standard all-wheel drive on the gas version and available convenience and safety features such as a 360-degree surround-view monitor, blind-spot cameras, remote parking, and Highway Driving Assist.

For you, that means the GV70 makes the most sense if you want a stylish luxury SUV that leans hard into design, features, and everyday usability rather than a plain, conventional feel. The market also shows 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Genesis GV70 reliable?

The 2025 Genesis GV70 presents itself as a well-equipped luxury crossover with a good ride, a broad mix of trims and equipment, and a chassis engineered specifically for Genesis. Its cabin materials, standard content, and technology focus all support the impression of a thoughtfully developed SUV.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a feature-rich luxury model can be more expensive to keep in top shape if prior maintenance was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Genesis GV70?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and confirm the listing’s service records before you commit. Put inspection priority on the condition of the electronics, interior wear, tires, brakes, and any signs of prior bodywork, since a luxury SUV’s value depends heavily on how well it was maintained. If possible, test every convenience and driver-assistance feature so you know the vehicle matches the listing description.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Genesis GV70?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,670 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.86% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,206, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Genesis GV70's resale value?

The current average of $37,212 sits slightly below last year's $43,198.

That price movement suggests the GV70 has become more approachable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face a softer resale environment than owners saw a year ago. If you buy well now, you can help protect your position later by choosing a clean, well-maintained example with strong equipment and a documented history. A lower entry price today can also reduce the risk of being upside down if market values stay under pressure.

Should I buy a 2025 Genesis GV70 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 13.86% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $39,573, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $37,212 average.
• It offers a fresh-feeling luxury SUV with strong tech and an uncommon electric option.

Consider the 2026 if:

• At $53,446, the 2026 costs more than the current year's $37,212 average.
• It adds a more modern cabin with a very wide OLED display and upgraded software.

The bottom line: the 2025 is the best primary path if you want the strongest balance of price, inventory, and feature content. If you’re especially price-sensitive, the 2024 is the better secondary path because it still delivers the GV70’s core appeal at a lower cost than the 2026.
