How much does the 2025 Genesis G70 cost?

Prices have softened 18.61% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

Is the 2025 Genesis G70 a good car?

The 2025 Genesis G70 stands out as a premium sport sedan that has built its reputation on style, driving enjoyment, and value. It was designed to compete with established luxury nameplates, and it quickly earned praise for sporty driving dynamics, stylish design, and attractive pricing.

For you, that means the G70 makes the most sense if you want a compact luxury sedan that feels more engaging than many of its peers while still offering a strong value proposition. It also brings easy-to-use technology and a premium cabin with thoughtful features such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, though the back seat is cramped and cargo space is limited.

With 40.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market gives you a decent chance to find a compelling example.

Is the 2025 Genesis G70 reliable?

The 2025 Genesis G70 is presented as a premium sport sedan with a strong emphasis on luxury features, advanced safety tech, and sporty driving dynamics. It also benefits from a history of meaningful updates over its life, including refreshed styling and upgraded technology.

For used-car shoppers, that points to a car that should reward careful ownership, especially if you value a polished cabin and a well-rounded feature set. Long-term ownership risk is still worth managing with a thorough inspection, since luxury sedans can become more expensive to maintain if prior care was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Genesis G70?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any car you’re seriously considering, even if the listing looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check for wear, signs of poor maintenance, and any issues that might not show up in photos.

Focus especially on overall condition, since the G70’s appeal depends heavily on how well it has been kept. A well-maintained example should feel like a premium sport sedan; a neglected one can erase much of the value advantage.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Genesis G70?

Yes — this looks like a buyer-friendly moment if you’re shopping the 2025 G70, with strong deal availability and a meaningful price drop versus last year.

• Deal availability: 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,041 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.61% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,604, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Genesis G70's resale value?

The current average of $30,710 sits slightly below last year's $37,732.

That price movement suggests the G70 has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help you as a buyer today. If you plan to sell later, the same trend means your future resale value will depend heavily on mileage, condition, and how well you bought relative to the market.

Because the current average is near the lower end of the year-round range, a well-bought G70 should be easier to justify than one purchased at the top of the market. For a future seller, that makes clean history and strong maintenance records especially important.

Should I buy a 2025 Genesis G70 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 18.61% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $32,116, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $30,710 average.
• It adds a new engine option and strong handling.

The bottom line:
The 2025 is the better primary choice if you want the stronger value proposition and a market that currently favors buyers. If you’re price-sensitive and find a well-kept 2024 with the right equipment, it can still be worth considering, but the 2025’s lower average price makes it the more straightforward buy.
