How much does the 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV cost?

Is the 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV a good car?

Yes — the 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It is best for you if you want an extreme electric SUV with standout off-road hardware, a distinctive presence, and a long list of standard convenience and driver-assistance features. The tradeoff is that it is intentionally over-the-top rather than subtle or efficient, so it fits you best if capability and novelty matter more than practicality. 37.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV is described as a highly capable, heavily equipped electric SUV with standard Super Cruise, four-wheel steering, air suspension, and a robust set of comfort features. Its appeal comes from its unusual mix of size, maneuverability, and off-road hardware, not from simplicity. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is accepting a very heavy, highly specialized vehicle whose compromises are part of the package.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report to confirm the listing’s background and verify that the clean record matches the paperwork. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the body, tires, suspension, charging equipment, and interior condition, since this is a large, complex vehicle with a lot of hardware. Focus on how the vehicle has been used and maintained, especially if you want one that still feels tight and well cared for.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find opportunities.

• Deal availability: 37.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 412 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.03% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 96.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $69,918, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV's resale value?

The current average of $70,365 sits slightly below last year's $79,985.

That price drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you if you buy at the right number and hold the vehicle for a while. For a future seller, that also means resale performance will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is presented when it returns to market. Strong demand for distinctive, well-regarded models can help support pricing, but you should still expect the market to reward clean examples most.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 GMC Hummer EV SUV or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 37.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.03% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $68,178, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $70,365 average.
• It offers useful cargo space and strong off-road capability.

The 2025 is the better fit if you want the current-year market, strong owner satisfaction, and a decent share of deal-priced listings. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2024 is the smarter path because it costs less while still delivering the Hummer EV SUV’s core appeal.
