How much does the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona cost?

Prices have softened 19.57% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 270 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction, and the expert rating is 7/10. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Performance, and Form and function.

The 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona leans hard into its role as an electric muscle car, with instant acceleration, lots of personality, and head-turning style. It also brings a comfortable ride and a stylish design, which broadens its appeal beyond straight-line drama.

The trade-offs are just as clear: pricing is high, range is a concern, the interior materials feel cheap, the touchscreen response is sluggish, and the stereo is lacking. If you want character and theater more than polish, it fits that brief well.

Good and great deals account for 33.0% of listings, so there is some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Charger Daytona’s appeal is built around a simple formula: strong performance, distinctive styling, and a comfortable ride. Its electric powertrain also avoids the mechanical complexity of a traditional gas muscle car, which can be a plus for long-term ownership.

The performance notes point to a capable EV setup with quick acceleration and usable everyday manners, while the cost-effectiveness notes suggest operating costs can be lower than many gas-powered alternatives. If you buy used, the main long-term risk is less about the concept and more about making sure the battery, charging behavior, and electronics have been well cared for.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has been driven hard or heavily optioned. Focus on overall condition, interior wear, and whether the tech and driver-assistance features work smoothly, since those are the areas most likely to affect your day-to-day experience.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The entry model emphasizes retro-inspired styling and a modern digital cabin, while higher versions add a larger touchscreen and more performance-oriented equipment. If you want the best balance of value and capability, the better-equipped middle setup is the one to target.
• Powertrain: The car uses two electric motors with all-wheel drive, and the more powerful version delivers much stronger acceleration. Efficiency and range vary meaningfully by setup, so you should match the trim to your driving needs.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, and parking proximity sensors. The optional package adds a head-up display and a 360-degree camera system.
• Infotainment: The standard setup includes a 10.25-inch digital instrument panel and a 12.3-inch touchscreen, while higher trims or packages upgrade to a 16-inch display. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, and over-the-air capability is part of the modern connected setup.
• Range & charging: The battery pack is 94 kWh, and DC fast charging can replenish the battery from 20 to 80 percent in 27 minutes. Range depends on configuration, so check the specific trim carefully before you buy.
• Battery health: On a used EV, you should verify battery state-of-health, confirm how the car has been charged, and review whether it has spent most of its life on home charging or frequent DC fast charging. You should also check how much of the battery warranty remains.

Which 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona trim should I buy?

The 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona is offered in 2 trim levels: R/T and Scat Pack.

Here's the short version:

• R/T: This is the better-value choice if you want the Charger Daytona experience with the strongest range and a lower entry price. It still gives you the dual-motor all-wheel-drive setup, standard wireless smartphone integration, and the core muscle-car personality without pushing as far into expensive performance territory.
• Scat Pack: This is the one to buy if you want the full performance story. It adds much more power, quicker acceleration, a larger touchscreen, and extra hardware that makes the car feel more serious on the road. If you care most about speed and attitude, this is the trim that delivers it.

The safety package includes standard driver-assistance features across the lineup, while the optional Plus package adds a head-up display and a 360-degree camera system.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient.

• Deal availability: 33.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 270 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.57% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 98.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,771, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona's resale value?

The current average of $34,771 sits slightly below last year's $43,231.

That price movement suggests the model has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future buyers but may limit near-term resale upside. If you buy at the right price, you may have less downside left than a shopper who paid closer to the original market peak.

For a future seller, the key question is whether demand stays strong for the Charger Daytona’s styling and performance story. Models with desirable equipment, clean history, and strong condition should be easier to move than examples with wear or missing options.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona safe?

The 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard advanced safety features include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, and parking proximity sensors for the front, side, and rear. The optional Plus package adds a head-up display and a 360-degree camera system.

One caveat is that the adaptive cruise control felt hesitant and sometimes lurchy in testing, which can reduce confidence in the system. That makes it worth checking carefully on a test drive if driver assistance matters to you.

Should I buy a 2025 Dodge Charger Daytona or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 33.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.57% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It delivers instant acceleration, lots of personality, and head-turning style.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $36,095, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $34,771 average.
• It offers coupe and four-door body styles with strong visual drama.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a four-door body style for more practicality.
• It brings extra cabin space and broader everyday usefulness.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of current pricing and strong market availability, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If you want more practicality, the 2026 is the better fit, while price-sensitive buyers should focus on the 2025’s lower average price and deal share.
