What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report so you can confirm title status, prior damage, and ownership patterns. A pre-purchase inspection is worth prioritizing, especially if you want to verify overall condition, electronics, and charging-related functionality. Focus on the condition of the cabin, screens, and other high-use features, since those are the areas most likely to affect your ownership experience.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ?

If you find a listing below $45,270, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ's resale value?

The current average of $45,323 sits slightly below last year's $56,729.

That drop suggests you may have more negotiating room now than a seller did a year ago. If you buy at today's average or below, you could be entering the market at a more favorable point than recent shoppers. For a future seller, the key will be how well the vehicle holds condition and how the broader EV market moves from here.

Should I buy a 2025 Cadillac LYRIQ or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.11% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $38,098, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $45,323 average.
• The 2024 offers a more established first full model-year appeal.

The 2025 makes sense if you want the current-year market with decent deal availability and strong clean-inventory rates. If your priority is spending less, the 2024 is the better value path because it comes in well below the current average price. For most shoppers, start with the 2025 and compare it against the 2024 only if price is your main deciding factor.
