What should I look for when buying a used 2025 BMW X4?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the listing details match the car’s actual condition and equipment. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re comparing multiple examples with similar prices. Focus on wear items, maintenance records, and any signs that the vehicle has been used harder than the listing suggests.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 BMW X4?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop, but the best values will still require some patience.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 450 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.35% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $47,995, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 BMW X4's resale value?

The current average of $47,995 sits slightly below last year's $51,800.

That price movement suggests the market has softened, which can help you buy at a more favorable point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is maintained. If you keep the car clean and well-documented, you’ll be in a better position to protect value when it’s time to sell.

Should I buy a 2025 BMW X4 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.35% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is a sensible choice if you want a newer example with a decent mix of deal opportunities and clean inventory. If your main goal is to minimize purchase price, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the lowest-priced well-kept example rather than the newest badge alone.
