Used 2025 Audi Q7 for Sale nearLa Crosse, WI

How much does the 2025 Audi Q7 cost?

Prices have softened 21.23% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,223 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 a good car?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns a 7.33/10 expert rating.

The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Technology.

You get a mid-size SUV with room for seven, standard all-wheel drive, and strong handling characteristics, plus a cabin that feels upscale and includes wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The trade-offs are clear: the third row is cramped, and the price can climb quickly as you move up the trim line.

The expert take also points to a few compromises, including outdated advanced driver-assistance tech and a driving experience that is strong but not class-leading in every mode.

There are 40.6% good or great deals in the market, which suggests you have room to shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 reliable?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is presented as a mature second-generation SUV that has been on sale since 2017, and that age shows in some key areas. The overview and expert notes both point to strong driving dynamics and a premium feel, but also to technology and driver-assistance systems that lag newer rivals.

Its powertrains are described as smooth and easy, with the larger engine delivering confident performance and the smaller engine trading some pace for better efficiency. The expert notes also say the Q7 handles like a dream, with firm brakes and minimal body roll.

The cost-effectiveness notes add that the Q7’s ownership case is strongest when you avoid overbuying the top trim and focus on the configuration that gives you the best balance of equipment and value.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that you may be paying for premium hardware while living with aging tech and higher running costs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi Q7?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the specific vehicle’s equipment matches what you want, since the Q7’s features can vary by trim and option package. A pre-purchase inspection is especially worth prioritizing if you care about the condition of the driver-assistance tech, infotainment responsiveness, and overall interior wear. Pay close attention to third-row usability and whether the vehicle has the engine and equipment mix that fits your needs.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trims differ in equipment, and the base setup is the one the expert notes point to as the best value. Higher trims can add more luxury and convenience, but pricing rises quickly, so you should weigh whether the extra features are worth the jump.
• Powertrain: The Q7 offers a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder with 261 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque, or a 3.0-liter turbo V6 with 335 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque. The larger engine is the stronger choice if you want more effortless performance.
• Safety package: The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and self-parking capability. The expert notes also say the system feels outdated compared with newer rivals, so you should test the lane-centering and adaptive cruise behavior before you buy.
• Infotainment: The cabin uses a 10.1-inch center screen with a smaller lower screen for HVAC controls, plus a configurable digital gauge cluster. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included, and the system adds the Audi App Store and online navigation features.
• Fuel efficiency: The 55 TFSI returns 18 mpg city, 23 mpg highway, and 20 mpg combined, while the smaller engine is rated at 20 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined.

Which 2025 Audi Q7 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is offered in 3 trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the trim the expert notes point to as the best-value starting point, especially if you want to keep costs in check while still getting the Q7’s core strengths: standard all-wheel drive, strong handling, and the upscale cabin experience. If you want the smartest buy, this is the one to start with.
• Premium Plus: This trim makes sense if you want a richer equipment mix without jumping all the way to the top of the range. It sits in the middle of the lineup, so it’s the natural step up if the base trim feels too sparse for your tastes.
• Prestige: This is the fully loaded choice, but the expert notes make clear that the price can climb quickly and the added cost is hard to justify unless you specifically want the top-end equipment. It suits you best if you want the most luxurious version and are comfortable paying for it.

The safety package is broad across the lineup, but the expert notes still describe the ADAS tech as behind the competition.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi Q7?

It’s a buyer-friendly moment if you’re shopping this SUV, because pricing has moved down and there’s enough inventory to compare options carefully.

• Deal availability: 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,223 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 21.23% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $46,021, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $46,021 sits slightly below last year's $58,426.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more affordably now. For a future seller, though, it also means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on trim, condition, and equipment rather than on broad market momentum alone.

If you keep the mileage reasonable and choose a well-equipped trim without overpaying up front, you’ll be in a better position when it’s time to sell. The strongest resale story will likely come from clean, well-maintained examples with the more desirable engine and a strong service history.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 safe?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns five-star overall ratings from NHTSA, as well as five-star ratings for side crash, and four-star ratings for front crash and rollover.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and self-parking capability. You can also customize some of the ADAS behavior, including adaptive cruise settings and lane-keeping assist access through dedicated controls.

The main caveat is that the expert notes describe the driver-assistance tech as outdated and less polished than what you’ll find in newer rivals. The lane-centering behavior is also called out as haphazard, so you should test it carefully before buying.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 21.23% compared with last year.
• The refreshed styling, standard wireless smartphone integration, and strong driving dynamics matter more to you than having the newest driver-assistance tech.

The bottom line: The 2025 Q7 makes sense if you want the refreshed look, strong road manners, and a premium-feeling three-row SUV at a softer market price. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you should shop carefully and focus on the best-equipped example you can find rather than stretching to the top trim.
