Used 2025 Audi Q7 for Sale nearBaton Rouge, LA

How much does the 2025 Audi Q7 cost?

Prices have softened 24.10% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,234 listings available, which suggests you should have a solid range of choices.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 a good car?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns a 7.3/10 expert rating.

The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Technology.

You get a mid-size SUV with room for seven, standard all-wheel drive, and strong handling, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The trade-offs are clear: the third row is cramped for anyone but the smallest passengers, and the model’s advanced driver-assistance tech trails some rivals. The expert review also points to strong engine prowess, but notes that pricing can climb quickly as you move up the trim line.

40.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 reliable?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is presented as a well-rounded luxury SUV with strong driving dynamics and a premium feel, but it also shows its age in some key areas. The expert review notes that the second-generation Q7 has been around since 2017, and that some of its technology and driver-assistance systems lag the competition.

Its powertrain is described as smooth and easy, with confident all-wheel-drive delivery and a chassis that handles like a dream. The review also says the Q7 can be driven in manual mode for more control, and that the brakes are firm and reassuring.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a polished driving experience does not fully offset the model’s aging tech and the possibility of higher upkeep as mileage climbs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi Q7?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or a heavily optioned trim. Focus on the condition of the third row, the infotainment system, and the driver-assistance features, since those are the areas where the Q7’s strengths and weaknesses are most likely to show up in daily use.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base setup gives you the refreshed exterior, standard Matrix-design LED headlamps, and a premium look, but the cabin’s trim choices are limited and the higher trims can push the price up quickly.
• Powertrain: The Q7 offers a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder with 261 horsepower and a 3.0-liter turbo V6 with 335 horsepower; the larger engine is the stronger choice if you want more effortless performance.
• Safety package: The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and self-parking capability, but the lane-centering system is not as polished as some rivals and the overall ADAS suite trails the class.
• Infotainment: You get a 10.1-inch center screen, a smaller lower screen for HVAC controls, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and an Audi App Store; the interface is user-friendly, though the screen can feel sluggish at times.
• Fuel efficiency: The 2.0-liter engine is rated at 20 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined, while the 3.0-liter engine is rated at 18 mpg city, 23 mpg highway, and 20 mpg combined.

Which 2025 Audi Q7 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is offered in 3 trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the trim to start with if you want the Q7’s core strengths without pushing the price too high. The expert review says the best way to go is to stick with the base Premium trim and add the more potent engine, which makes this the best-value path for many shoppers.
• Premium Plus: This trim sits in the middle and gives you a step up from the base setup if you want more equipment without going all the way to the top. It still keeps the Q7’s standard all-wheel-drive character and strong driving dynamics intact.
• Prestige: This is the most expensive route, and the expert review suggests it’s hard to justify unless you specifically want the fully loaded experience. It adds more equipment, but the review also notes that the ADAS features are outdated and the price can skyrocket.

The safety tech is a weak point across the lineup, so make sure you compare equipment carefully before paying extra for a higher trim.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi Q7?

This is a buyer-friendly moment if you’re shopping carefully and comparing listings.

• Deal availability: 40.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,234 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 24.10% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $43,338, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $43,338 sits slightly below last year's $57,098.

That drop suggests the Q7 has become more affordable for used buyers, but it also means a future seller may face a softer resale environment than owners saw a year ago. If you buy now, you’re entering at a lower price point, which can help cushion depreciation. For a seller, the current trend points to a market that still favors buyers more than owners.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 safe?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns five-star ratings overall and for side crash from NHTSA, and four-star ratings for front crash and rollover.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, lane-centering, and self-parking capability. You can also customize the adaptive cruise behavior, and there’s a shortcut button for lane-keeping settings. The caveat is that the lane-centering system is described as haphazard, and the overall driver-assistance tech is considered behind the competition.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 40.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 24.10% compared with last year.
• The refreshed styling, wireless smartphone integration, and strong handling matter more to you than cutting-edge driver-assistance tech.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the right pick if you want the refreshed Q7 and you value its design, driving dynamics, and current market pricing. If you’re especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may still make sense, but the 2025’s softer pricing and strong inventory make it the cleaner buy right now.
