How much does the 2025 Audi A5 cost?

Is the 2025 Audi A5 a good car?

The 2025 Audi A5 stands out as a stylish luxury car that blends premium feel, useful cargo space, and modern tech in a single package. It gives you broader appeal than the coupe-focused versions that came before it, and the redesigned body adds more room inside without losing its upscale character.

That practicality shows up in the hatchback layout, which provides 22.6 cubic feet of cargo space, or up to 36.6 cubic feet with the rear seat folded down. It also comes with a generous standard equipment list, including Apple CarPlay/Android Auto compatibility, heated front seats, a panoramic sunroof, a power liftgate, and driver-assistance features.

The market also looks supportive, with 41.5% of listings priced as good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Audi A5 reliable?

The 2025 Audi A5 is presented as a polished, well-equipped luxury car with a strong safety profile and a practical design. Its standard equipment and upscale packaging point to a vehicle built to serve as a comfortable daily driver with modern convenience features.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a premium car with advanced technology and all-wheel-drive hardware can be more expensive to maintain if prior care was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi A5?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s maintenance and repair records line up with the mileage. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks the electronics, drivetrain behavior, and suspension feel, since those are the areas where a premium used car can reveal hidden wear. Focus on overall condition as much as price, especially if you want a car that still feels as refined as it should.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi A5?

You’re looking at a buyer-friendly market, with pricing down from last year and a healthy number of listings to compare.

• Deal availability: 41.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,077 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.71% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 98.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $40,956, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi A5's resale value?

The current average of $40,956 sits slightly below last year's $51,655.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, that also means resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car is maintained. If you keep the car clean, documented, and accident-free, you’ll be in a better position to protect value when it’s time to sell.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi A5 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 41.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.71% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 Audi A5 makes the most sense if you want the newer hatchback-based design, strong standard tech, and a market that currently favors buyers. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth considering, but the 2025 is the better primary pick if you want the latest version of this more practical A5 formula.
