How much does the 2025 Acura TLX cost?

Is the 2025 Acura TLX a good car?

The 2025 Acura TLX stands out as a premium sport sedan that blends sharp styling, strong technology content, and a broad range of trims and performance levels. It offers both comfort-oriented and performance-focused versions without giving up everyday usability, so you can shop it as either a refined commuter or a more engaging driver’s car. At the same time, the TLX is not without compromises: the back seat is cramped, cargo space is limited, and the touchpad-based infotainment interface is not especially intuitive.

With 30.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful share of the market to target if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Acura TLX reliable?

The 2025 Acura TLX comes with AcuraWatch driver-assist technology, including adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, and collision mitigation braking, and it pairs that with a well-equipped standard feature set. The model’s overall setup suggests a premium sedan built to deliver a balanced ownership experience, especially if you value technology and comfort alongside performance.

For used buyers, long-term ownership risk is most likely to come from condition-sensitive items and how well the car was maintained, so a careful pre-purchase inspection matters.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Acura TLX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s condition matches the listing photos and description. Prioritize an inspection of the infotainment system, interior wear, and any signs of prior damage or poor repairs, since those are the kinds of issues that can affect your ownership experience most.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Acura TLX?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

If you find a listing below $40,807, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Acura TLX's resale value?

The current average of $40,996 sits slightly below last year's $42,167.

That price movement suggests the TLX has softened a bit in the used market, which can help you buy more confidently today. If you plan to sell later, the current trend points to a model that may hold value reasonably well, but not aggressively. Your best resale outcome will likely come from choosing a clean, well-kept example with desirable equipment and strong service history.

Should I buy a 2025 Acura TLX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 30.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.78% compared with last year.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $36,809, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $40,996 average.
• It adds a refreshed look and bigger screens.

The bottom line: You should lean toward the 2025 if you want the newer market position and a healthy pool of clean listings to shop from. If your priority is saving money, the 2024 is the better value path, especially if you can find one with the equipment and condition you want.
