Used 2024 Toyota Supra for Sale nearChicago, IL

Is the 2024 Toyota Supra a good car?

Generally — the 4.3/5 user rating points to a car that resonates with shoppers who want a performance-focused coupe. The 2024 Toyota Supra stands out as a modern performance car that leans hard into enthusiast appeal, with a choice of a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine or an inline-six powertrain. It also gets a chassis that is rewarding on both road and track, plus adaptive suspension and an active rear differential, which helps explain its engaging driving character. Its styling adds to the appeal, with a long bonnet, set-back driving position, and bulging fenders giving it a distinctive look. For 2024, Toyota also added a 45th Anniversary Edition with heritage-inspired styling cues, which gives the car extra special-edition appeal. Market availability is moderate, with 25.9% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2024 Toyota Supra reliable?

Owners rate it 4.3/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction. The 2024 Toyota Supra’s appeal is rooted in its enthusiast focus, and it pairs that with a chassis setup that is meant to be rewarding to drive. Toyota also gives it adaptive suspension and an active rear differential, which supports the car’s performance-oriented character. The main tradeoff is that its appeal is closely tied to a shared BMW architecture, which some purists still question. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is less about outright weakness and more about making sure the car has been maintained carefully and driven in a way that matches its sports-car mission.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Toyota Supra?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies. You should still run a history report to confirm the car’s background and look for any signs of prior damage or inconsistent maintenance. Put inspection priority on the condition of the chassis, suspension, and drivetrain, since this is a performance car that may have been driven hard. Focus on overall wear and how well the car has been cared for, especially if you want one that still feels tight and composed.

Should I buy a 2024 Toyota Supra or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 25.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• The manual transmission adds the engagement many enthusiasts wanted.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It keeps the sharp sports-car feel while adding plush luxury appointments.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the right path if you want the Supra’s distinctive styling, strong performance, and special-edition appeal in a current-year package. If you’re more price-sensitive, the 2023 is worth a look for its added manual-transmission involvement, while the 2025 makes sense if you want the latest version of the same focused sports-car formula.

How does the 2024 Toyota Supra compare to the 2024 Ford Mustang?

The Supra is the more exclusive choice, with far fewer listings and a cleaner accident-free share, while the Mustang gives you much broader inventory and a lower starting price. If you want a more focused, special-feeling sports car, the Supra fits that brief better; if you want more choices and a lower entry point, the Mustang is the easier buy.
