Used 2024 Subaru WRX for Sale nearPhoenix, AZ

How much does the 2024 Subaru WRX cost?

Prices have softened 4.53% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 948 listings available, which suggests you have a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Subaru WRX a good car?

The 2024 Subaru WRX stands out as a rally-bred sport compact that still pairs turbocharged performance with standard all-wheel drive. For you, that means a practical performance sedan with a manual transmission option, standard AWD, and an enthusiast-focused identity.

It also brings a new WRX TR trim for 2024, along with available features such as an 11.6-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and driver-assistance and comfort upgrades on higher trims. The tradeoffs are clear too: fun-to-drive character, great handling, and standard all-wheel drive come alongside outdated technology, a cramped back seat in older models, and poor fuel economy.

36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so there is still meaningful value in the market if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Subaru WRX reliable?

The 2024 Subaru WRX remains distinctive because it delivers a performance-focused driving experience in a usable sedan package. Its appeal is rooted in standard all-wheel drive, a manual transmission option, and a long-running enthusiast reputation.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a performance-oriented car can be more sensitive to hard use, so condition and maintenance history matter a lot.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Subaru WRX?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a pre-purchase inspection that checks for signs of abuse, modifications, or deferred maintenance. Pay close attention to overall condition, because a performance sedan can vary widely depending on how it was driven and cared for.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Subaru WRX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop with some leverage while still moving quickly on the best examples.

• Deal availability: 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 948 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.53% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $29,938, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Subaru WRX's resale value?

The current average of $29,938 sits slightly below last year's $31,358.

That price movement suggests the WRX has softened enough to help you buy more selectively today. If you plan to sell later, the current market gives you a useful benchmark for what buyers are paying now. A well-kept example with strong history and desirable equipment should still be easier to move than a rough or heavily modified one.

Should I buy a 2024 Subaru WRX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.53% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $27,467, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $29,938 average.
• It keeps the same rally-inspired character with strong handling and a manual option.

The bottom line:
Choose the 2024 if you want the newer model-year market and are willing to pay a bit more for it. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value path because it delivers much of the same enthusiast appeal for less.
