How much does the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB cost?

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out as a compact luxury SUV that prioritizes space and versatility, with a boxier shape and upright stance that help create a roomier cabin. You also get an uncommon level of flexibility from the optional third row, plus a light refresh for 2024 that brought updated styling and larger standard screens. With 38.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful share of the market to shop from.

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 GLB’s appeal comes from its practical packaging, roomy cabin, and updated tech, all of which support everyday usability. Its 48-volt hybrid assist system and refreshed equipment help keep it current for the model year. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the vehicle has been maintained well, since premium features and complex systems can be more expensive to sort out if prior care was inconsistent.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report so you can confirm title status, prior damage, and service patterns. Put the inspection priority on the condition of the interior tech, seating, and any optional equipment, since the GLB’s appeal depends heavily on its features and usability. Because the third row is best suited to children or occasional use, make sure the cabin layout and seat condition match how you plan to use it.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 38.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 895 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.21% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 92.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $32,709, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB's resale value?

The current average of $32,709 sits slightly below last year's $38,125.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more selectively now but may also mean future resale gains are more limited. If you plan to sell later, the GLB’s broad appeal as a roomy compact luxury SUV should help keep interest steady. The combination of practical packaging and premium branding can support demand, especially when the vehicle is well kept and equipped with desirable features.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Mercedes-Benz GLB or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.21% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest version of the GLB with updated styling, standard larger screens, and a strong satisfaction profile, the 2024 is the primary year to target. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth considering, but the 2024’s combination of softened pricing and strong inventory quality makes it the cleaner starting point for most shoppers.
