The EQS 580 is in my view the ultimate comfortable driving machine. Compared with any EV and TSLA lookalike, this is an esthetic marvel without the cheap minimalistic plastic fantastic look and feel. After 3 months of enjoying every minute of driving the following scores 10/10 points: Esthetics, Technology, Performance, Milage, driver experience, Quality, Value for money, Sound and lack of noise. I have owned all the top brands, and finally after 3 months I can say this is my 27th car, and finally I feel at home and have no complaints. Combined with solar on my roof+Tesla battery pack my car and house is 100% on solar this is the perfect long commute car (100-200m/d) Mercedes EQS, nothing above, nothing besides, but a lot of plastic minimalistic teslas below

Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQS a good car?
Yes — the 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQS earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. With 31.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a meaningful number of opportunities to shop selectively rather than rush.
Is the 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQS reliable?
Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. That kind of feedback suggests you should focus less on broad reputation and more on the specific condition of the individual car you’re considering.
For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is tied to how well the car was maintained and whether any prior damage or wear has been addressed properly.
What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQS?
Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
You should still run a history report and verify that the car’s background matches the seller’s description. Put inspection priority on overall condition, since even a strong clean-inventory share does not replace a careful look at the specific vehicle you want to buy.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQS?
This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient and focused.
- Deal availability: 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 893 listings available.
- Clean inventory: 90.8% of listings are accident-free.
Should I buy a 2024 Mercedes-Benz EQS or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2024 if:
- 31.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
- Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
The bottom line: The 2024 is the better primary choice if you want a year with strong owner satisfaction and a healthy share of clean listings. If you’re more price-sensitive, it can still make sense to compare nearby years and focus on the best individual car rather than the badge year alone.
