Is the 2024 Lexus NX a good car?

Generally — 4/5 is a solid user rating for this model year, and the 2024 Lexus NX backs that up with a distinctive design, a luxury feel, and a strong reputation for reliability. It also gives you a broad range of powertrains, from efficient hybrid choices to more powerful turbo and plug-in hybrid versions, so you can match the SUV to your priorities. The tradeoff is that it is not the most rewarding drive in the segment and does not have the widest appeal or dynamic finesse of some rivals. For used buyers, that usually means lower long-term ownership risk than you might expect from a luxury SUV with this much equipment and variety.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Lexus NX?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with the history report so you can confirm the vehicle’s background before you get too far into negotiation. After that, prioritize a thorough inspection of the condition, especially on any listing that looks unusually well priced. Because many desirable features are bundled into option packs, you should also make sure the equipment on the specific vehicle matches what you want.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Lexus NX?

This looks like a buyer-friendly market, with meaningful deal availability and a decent amount of inventory to compare.

• Deal availability: 42.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,906 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.52% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.4% of listings are accident-free.

What is the 2024 Lexus NX's resale value?

The current average of $39,979 sits slightly below last year's $41,012.

That price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also mean future resale gains are more limited if prices stay soft. For a seller, the current trend points to a model that still has demand, but not enough momentum to push values higher in the near term. If you buy well and keep the vehicle in strong condition, you should still have a respectable resale story later on.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Lexus NX or consider a different year?

• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 2.52% compared with last year.
