Is the 2024 Kia Forte a good car?

That kind of feedback suggests you can shop with confidence if you want a compact sedan that has already pleased current owners. With 35.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a meaningful chance to find favorable pricing.

Is the 2024 Kia Forte reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that usually means fewer surprises in day-to-day ownership if the car has been maintained well and checked carefully before purchase. A clean service history and a thorough pre-purchase inspection matter most when you want to reduce long-term ownership risk.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Kia Forte?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still review the report closely for prior damage, title issues, and repeated claims, even if the listing looks clean. Put the inspection first on the items that affect safety, wear, and repair costs, especially tires, brakes, suspension, and signs of uneven bodywork. Focus on overall condition and maintenance records so you can separate a well-kept car from one that only looks good online.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Kia Forte?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop patiently and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,774 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $18,045, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Kia Forte's resale value?

The current average of $18,959 sits slightly below last year's $19,009.

That small decline suggests the market has stayed relatively stable, which can help future resale planning because you are not looking at a sharp drop in value. If you buy well and keep the car in strong condition, you should be able to position it competitively when it is time to sell. A steady pricing pattern also makes it easier to estimate what the car may be worth later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Kia Forte or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 82.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $18,147, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $18,959 average.
• It offers strong value without feeling stripped down.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model year with stable pricing and strong owner satisfaction, the 2024 is the better starting point. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2023 is the more budget-friendly path and still gives you a compelling value proposition.
