The current average of $57,900 sits slightly below last year's $75,957.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help future buyers but may limit how much value you recover if you sell soon. If you plan to own it for a while, the current pricing may work in your favor at purchase time. If you expect to resell in the near term, buying well below the average matters more.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Jeep Grand Wagoneer or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 23.77% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2024 makes sense if you want the strongest combination of current pricing, healthy inventory, and high owner satisfaction. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a different year may be worth comparing, but the 2024 is the better starting point when you want a well-supported used-market choice.
