Used 2024 Genesis G80 for Sale nearGreensboro, NC

How much does the 2024 Genesis G80 cost?

Prices have softened 8.73% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 302 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Genesis G80 a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Genesis G80 earns a 5/5 user rating, which supports its appeal as a luxury sedan that delivers strong value and a polished, modern presentation. The overview points to a well-equipped cabin, standard all-wheel drive, a wide 27-inch OLED display, and standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, all of which make it easy to live with. It also positions the G80 as a compelling alternative to pricier German rivals, especially if you want a premium feel without stretching as far upmarket.

That said, the same overview also notes that its technology can be unintuitive, performance is fairly pedestrian, and fuel economy is poor, so your priorities matter. Even so, 32.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still attractive opportunities in the market.

Is the 2024 Genesis G80 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview emphasizes a well-rounded luxury sedan with standard advanced driver-assistance systems, a polished cabin, and a strong value proposition, all of which can make ownership feel reassuring. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about outright appeal and more about making sure the car’s condition and maintenance history match its premium positioning.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Genesis G80?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on every candidate and confirm there are no hidden accident or title issues. Put inspection priority on the electronics, infotainment usability, and overall interior condition, since the model’s technology is a key part of the ownership experience. It also makes sense to focus on how the car drives and whether all standard features work as expected, because a luxury sedan should feel complete in daily use.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Genesis G80?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 32.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 302 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.73% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $38,195, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Genesis G80's resale value?

The current average of $42,466 sits slightly below last year's $46,529.

That decline suggests the market has become more favorable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to price competitively to stand out. If you buy well now, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pressure later, especially if you choose a clean, well-kept example with desirable equipment. Strong value positioning can help keep demand steady when it’s time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Genesis G80 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.73% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $52,860, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $42,466 average.
• It adds a refreshed, more sophisticated-feeling package with stronger emphasis on design and ride quality.

The bottom line: If you want the better value today, the 2024 is the primary path because it combines a lower average price with solid deal availability and strong owner satisfaction. If you’re willing to pay more for a newer-feeling package and can stretch your budget, the 2025 is the secondary path to consider.
