Is the 2024 Ford Transit Passenger a good car?

With a user rating of 1/5, this model year looks like a highly selective buy rather than an easy recommendation. You should weigh condition, history, and pricing carefully before moving forward.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Ford Transit Passenger?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then inspect the vehicle closely for signs of prior damage, heavy use, or inconsistent maintenance. Focus on overall condition, because a strong listing can still hide wear that matters in a used passenger van.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Ford Transit Passenger?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,417 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.40% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $40,235, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Ford Transit Passenger's resale value?

The current average of $40,916 sits slightly below last year's $51,401.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more affordably now but may also limit near-term upside if you plan to resell soon. If you expect to keep the vehicle for a while, the lower entry price can work in your favor. If resale strength matters most, you should be especially careful about buying at the right price.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford Transit Passenger or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.40% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better path if you want the current-year market with a meaningful amount of inventory and some pricing softness to work with. If you're especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years as well, since the market gives you room to shop around for the best value.
