How much does the 2024 Ford Bronco cost?

Prices have softened 10.62% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 5,949 listings available, which suggests you have a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 Ford Bronco a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Ford Bronco earns a 4.71/5 user rating and a 6.83/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Performance, and Form and function.

Owners consistently praise its off-road capability, stylish interior and design, and modern features. The Bronco also gets credit for being fun to drive and comfortable, with plenty of cargo space.

The trade-offs are clear: the ride can be noisy for daily commuting, storage space could be better, and the cabin asks you to accept a more rugged, less refined experience. That makes it a stronger fit if you want personality and trail ability more than quiet-road polish.

With 35.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, there is meaningful shopping room in the market.

Is the 2024 Ford Bronco reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback points to a vehicle people feel good about living with over time, especially because it is described as dependable in the ways that matter to Bronco shoppers: capability, modern features, and a satisfying ownership experience. The expert evaluation also reinforces that sense of durability by describing the Bronco as a true off-roader that handles rough use with confidence.

Ford also includes a basic safety and convenience package that helps support everyday confidence, and the Bronco’s rugged construction and trail-ready hardware suggest it is built for hard use. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is accepting higher running costs and the possibility that a previous owner may have used it hard off-road.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Ford Bronco?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that any off-road use, modifications, or collision repairs are disclosed. A pre-purchase inspection matters here, especially if the Bronco has been used on trails or fitted with larger tires and suspension changes. Focus on tire wear, suspension condition, interior wear, and signs that the vehicle has been driven hard.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Big Bend is the standard trim level, and the Sasquatch Package is a pricey upgrade that adds a suspension lift, 35-inch mud-terrain tires, and other off-roading equipment. The four-door test vehicle also showed that the marine-grade vinyl and plastic interior panels are built for easy cleanup, but the upholstery can feel less breathable in hot weather.
• Powertrain: The standard turbocharged 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder makes 300 horsepower and 325 pound-feet of torque, while the optional turbocharged 2.7-liter EcoBoost V6 makes 330 hp and 415 lb-ft. A 10-speed automatic is available, and many Broncos can also be had with a seven-speed manual transmission.
• Safety package: Ford Co-Pilot360 includes lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors. Adaptive cruise control, front parking sensors, and a surround-view camera system are also available, so check whether the truck you’re considering has the equipment you want.
• Infotainment: Every 2024 Bronco gets a 12-inch Sync 4 touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, FordPass Connect services, SiriusXM 360L satellite radio, and a seven-speaker stereo. Higher trims add connected navigation and a premium Bang & Olufsen sound system with 10 speakers.
• Fuel efficiency: The EPA says a Big Bend Sasquatch with the 2.3-liter engine should return 18 mpg city, 17 mpg highway, and 18 mpg combined. The expert evaluation also notes that the Bronco is not fuel efficient.

Which 2024 Ford Bronco trim should I buy?

The 2024 Ford Bronco is offered in 9 trim levels: Big Bend, Badlands, and Raptor, plus the other Bronco variants referenced in the model’s trim lineup.

Here's the short version:

• Big Bend: This is the standard trim level, so it is the starting point if you want the Bronco experience without immediately moving into pricier hardware. It gets the standard 12-inch Sync 4 touchscreen, wireless smartphone integration, and the core safety features, making it the best-value place to start for most shoppers.
• Badlands: Choose this if you want a more rugged setup and plan to lean harder into trail use. The 2024 update adds a more rugged front bumper on the Badlands, which makes it the trim to watch if off-road appearance and hardware matter to you.
• Raptor: This is the performance-focused choice, with its own 3.0-liter EcoBoost V6 and unique positioning at the top of the range. It suits you if you want the most powerful and most extreme Bronco in the lineup.

The safety package is strongest when you move beyond the most basic setup, so check carefully for Ford Co-Pilot360 equipment and available driver-assistance options.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Ford Bronco?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so selective shoppers should have room to negotiate.

• Deal availability: 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 5,949 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.62% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $44,437, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Ford Bronco's resale value?

The current average of $44,437 sits slightly below last year's $49,717.

That price movement suggests the Bronco has cooled from its earlier peak, which can help you buy more carefully now and may also limit how much depreciation you absorb in the near term. If demand stays steady, the model’s strong identity and broad appeal should help support future resale interest.

For a future seller, the key is condition and configuration. Broncos that are clean, well maintained, and equipped with desirable off-road hardware should be easier to move than neglected examples. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Ford Bronco safe?

The Bronco four-door earns a Marginal IIHS headlight score, and it earns a four-star frontal-impact rating and a mediocre three-rating for rollover resistance from NHTSA.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

Ford equips the Bronco Big Bend with forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, automatic high-beam headlights, a backup camera with guidance grid lines, post-collision braking, and 911 Assist. The available Ford Co-Pilot360 suite adds lane-departure warning, lane-keep assist, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear parking sensors.

That gives you a solid baseline of driver assistance, but the Bronco’s crash-test picture is mixed because of the Marginal headlight result and incomplete NHTSA testing. If safety is a top priority, you should pay close attention to the exact equipment on the truck you’re considering.

Should I buy a 2024 Ford Bronco or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 35.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.62% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• Ford adds a standard 12-inch Sync 4 infotainment system and updates the Bronco Badlands and Bronco Raptor.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $40,901, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $44,437 average.
• It offers broad model variety and strong off-road versatility.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $47,325, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $44,437 average.
• It adds modern off-road appeal with broader everyday comfort.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of current pricing, strong inventory, and updated tech, the 2024 is the sensible default. If your priority is saving money, the 2023 is the better value path. If you want to spend more for the newer model-year alternative, the 2025 is the next step up.
