How much does the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica cost?

Prices have softened 27.98% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 8,708 listings available, which suggests you should have a healthy set of options to compare.

Is the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.2/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Form and function.

It stands out as one of the smaller group of U.S.-market minivans, and it leans into a familiar, proven formula rather than a radical redesign. The cabin is comfortable, the styling is distinctive, and the technology is easy to use. The trade-offs are that performance is fairly pedestrian and the interior materials can feel cheap, even if the overall design is appealing.

With 40.5% of listings marked as good or great deals, the market is giving you a decent chance to find a strong-value example.

Is the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Pacifica’s long-running formula and minimal changes for 2024 point to a vehicle that has already had years to mature. Its standard V6 and nine-speed automatic are established components, and the cabin is built around familiar, easy-to-use tech rather than experimental hardware. The expert review also describes it as quiet, comfortable, and relatively refined for the class.

Chrysler’s three-year/36,000-mile basic warranty and five-year/60,000-mile powertrain warranty help cover early ownership, but used buyers should still pay close attention to maintenance records and any signs of wear in a family-hauler that may have seen heavy daily use.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Chrysler Pacifica?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 88% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a vehicle history report, confirm service records, and prioritize a thorough inspection of the cabin, electronics, and sliding-door operation. Because this model is often used as a family vehicle, condition can vary a lot from one example to the next, so focus on wear, cleanliness, and evidence of regular upkeep.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base Touring trim gets the core Pacifica look and standard LED lighting, but higher trims add larger wheels and more upscale presentation. If you want the most polished version, the Pinnacle is the fanciest trim mentioned here.
• Powertrain: The standard setup is a 3.6-liter V6 with 287 horsepower and a nine-speed automatic. Front-wheel drive is standard, while all-wheel drive is available on the Touring L, Limited, and Pinnacle trims.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and rear park assist. A 360-degree camera system, front park assist, and parallel/perpendicular park assist are optional.
• Infotainment: You get a 10.1-inch touchscreen with Uconnect 5, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, SiriusXM with 360L, and Amazon Alexa compatibility. A 7-inch digital display sits in the gauge cluster, and more advanced features like navigation and a 19-speaker Harman Kardon system are available.
• Fuel efficiency: The front-wheel-drive model is rated at 19 mpg city and 28 mpg highway, while the all-wheel-drive version is rated at 17 mpg city and 25 mpg highway.

Which 2024 Chrysler Pacifica trim should I buy?

The 2024 Chrysler Pacifica is offered in 4 trim levels: Touring, Touring L, Limited, and Pinnacle.

Here's the short version:

• Touring: This is the entry point, and it gives you the Pacifica’s core strengths at the lowest starting price. It’s the trim to consider if you want the most affordable way into the model and don’t need all-wheel drive.
• Touring L: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it opens the door to all-wheel drive while staying below the upper trims. It’s the sweet spot if you want more flexibility without jumping all the way to the luxury-oriented versions.
• Limited: This trim moves you closer to the top of the lineup and adds a more upscale feel. It suits you if you want a richer feature set and are willing to pay more for it.
• Pinnacle: This is the most luxurious Pacifica mentioned here, with the most premium presentation. It’s the right pick if you want the fanciest version and are shopping for comfort and appearance first.

Standard safety equipment includes blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and rear park assist. A 360-degree camera system, front park assist, and parallel/perpendicular park assist are optional.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Chrysler Pacifica?

It looks like a buyer’s market for this model year, with strong deal availability and a large pool of listings to choose from.

• Deal availability: 40.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 8,708 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 27.98% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 88.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,963, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica's resale value?

The current average of $22,963 sits slightly below last year's $31,884.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. For a future seller, that also means resale value may depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim choice rather than broad market momentum alone. Well-kept examples with desirable equipment should be easier to move than neglected ones.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Chrysler Pacifica safe?

The 2024 Chrysler Pacifica was named a 2023 Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety, and it earns a five-star overall safety rating from NHTSA, including five-star ratings in frontal and side crash tests and four-star ratings in rollover crash tests.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety features include blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, adaptive cruise control, and rear park assist. A 360-degree camera system, front park assist, and a parallel/perpendicular park assist system are optional.

The Pacifica missed the highest IIHS award because of low scores in updated moderate overlap front and side crash tests and middling ratings for headlights and front crash prevention tech. For used buyers, that makes it especially important to check which driver-assistance features are present on the specific vehicle you’re considering.

Should I buy a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 40.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 88% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 27.98% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 model adds an emergency vehicle alert driver-assist feature and keeps the Pacifica’s familiar, proven minivan formula.

The bottom line: If you want a familiar, well-equipped minivan with strong value and plenty of inventory, the 2024 is the easy choice. If your priority is simply the lowest possible purchase price, you may also want to compare it with nearby model years, but the 2024 already looks attractive thanks to its softened pricing and broad market availability.
