Used 2024 Buick Envista for Sale nearFresno, CA

How much does the 2024 Buick Envista cost?

Prices have softened 5.37% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,472 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista a good car?

Yes — you’re looking at a model with a 4.5/5 user rating and a 7.8/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Look and feel at 9/10.

The Envista is positioned as Buick’s entry-level model, but it aims for a more upscale feel than its platform mate. That fits the way it’s described in the overview: stylish, comfortable, and an excellent value for money. It’s also a good fit if you want a small crossover that feels a little more premium without moving up to a pricier Buick.

The trade-offs are clear: AWD is not available, cargo space is not generous, and ergonomic design is a weak point. Even so, the market signal is healthy, with 36.2% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Envista’s reliability case leans on its straightforward gasoline powertrain and its shared hardware with the Trax, which helps keep the formula simple. The expert review also describes the turbo-three and six-speed automatic as more refined than the specs suggest, with smooth power delivery and a laid-back feel. That kind of tuning usually matters more in daily ownership than headline numbers alone.

It also benefits from a solid warranty package, including three years or 36,000 miles of bumper-to-bumper coverage and five years or 60,000 miles of powertrain coverage. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about complexity and more about whether the vehicle was maintained and kept in good condition.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Buick Envista?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.

Start with a history report so you can confirm accident status and ownership background before you get too far into a deal. Then prioritize a close inspection of the cabin, since the Envista’s interior materials and ergonomics are part of the model’s trade-offs. You should also pay attention to how the vehicle feels on the road, especially if you’re comparing trims with different wheel sizes and suspension tuning.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Preferred is the base model, the Sport Touring adds sporty styling touches, and the Avenir is the range topper. The higher trims add black or bright exterior trim, larger wheels, and contrast stitching, while the Avenir also gets leather seats and an eight-way power driver’s seat standard.
• Powertrain: The Envista uses a 1.2-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine with a six-speed automatic and front-wheel drive. It makes 137 horsepower and 162 pound-feet of torque, and Buick does not plan to offer AWD.
• Safety package: Standard driver assist tech includes automatic emergency braking with front pedestrian braking, a following distance indicator, forward collision warning, automatic high beams, lane-keep assist, and lane-departure warning. Optional features include adaptive cruise control, lane-change alert with side blind-zone alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park assist.
• Infotainment: You get an 11-inch touchscreen and an 8-inch digital instrument cluster standard, along with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Fuel efficiency: The Envista gets 30 mpg combined, including 28 mpg city and 32 mpg highway.

Which 2024 Buick Envista trim should I buy?

The 2024 Buick Envista is offered in 3 trim levels: Preferred, Sport Touring, and Avenir.

Here's the short version:

• Preferred: This is the entry point, and it already gives you the core Envista formula: the standard 11-inch touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, wireless smartphone integration, and the model’s upscale styling. It’s the trim to focus on if you want the lowest price and the best value.
• Sport Touring: This trim adds sporty styling touches, black exterior trim, and 18-inch wheels, with 19-inch wheels optional. It makes sense if you want a more distinctive look without jumping all the way to the top trim.
• Avenir: This is the range topper, with bright exterior trim, standard 19-inch wheels, leather seats, off-white interior stitching, and an eight-way power driver’s seat standard. It’s the right pick if you want the most premium-feeling Envista.

The safety package is basically the same across the lineup, with optional driver-assistance features available rather than bundled into a single trim-specific upgrade.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Buick Envista?

This looks like a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to shop carefully and enough deal activity to make a purchase worthwhile if you find the right listing.

• Deal availability: 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,472 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.37% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $23,256, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Buick Envista's resale value?

The current average of $23,256 sits slightly below last year's $24,576.

That price movement suggests the Envista has softened enough to create a more buyer-friendly entry point today, but it also means future sellers may need to be realistic about pricing. If you buy at the right number now, you may have less downside exposure than someone who paid closer to last year’s average. The model’s value story is helped by its strong equipment list and broad appeal as a stylish, comfortable crossover.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Buick Envista safe?

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance equipment includes automatic emergency braking with front pedestrian braking, forward collision warning, lane-keep assist, lane-departure warning, automatic high beams, and a following distance indicator. Optional features include adaptive cruise control, lane-change alert with side blind-zone alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park assist.

A key caveat is that crash-test ratings from IIHS and NHTSA were not available at the time of publication, so you should lean more heavily on the standard safety equipment and any available vehicle-history details when shopping used.

Should I buy a 2024 Buick Envista or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.37% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 model year launches the Envista as Buick’s new entry-level crossover, with a more upscale feel than its hardware-sharing counterpart.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest version of the Envista with the strongest value story, the 2024 is the one to target. If you’re especially price-sensitive, shop carefully for the best deal and focus on listings near the low end of the range, since the market has already moved in your favor.
