Is the 2024 Buick Envision a good car?

The 2024 Buick Envision stands out as a compact SUV that leans harder into upscale presentation than many mainstream rivals. Buick’s QuietTuning refinement, stylish interior treatment, and distinctive front-end design help give it a more premium feel, while the model’s standard 30-inch curved display adds a modern cabin centerpiece.

For 2024, the Envision received a dramatically new front end with a modern style similar to that of other Buick models. The interior also gained a new dashboard with a 30-inch display as standard and updated infotainment software, and front-wheel-drive trims were dropped. Those changes make this model year especially appealing if you want a more contemporary look and a richer-feeling interior without moving into a true luxury-brand price bracket.

32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Buick Envision reliable?

The 2024 Buick Envision’s appeal is rooted in its comfortable ride, generous standard equipment, and upscale presentation. It comes with a turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four, and the model is known for a comfortable ride and generous standard equipment.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright luxury complexity and more about making sure the specific vehicle you choose has been maintained well and matches the condition you expect for the price.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Buick Envision?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the listing matches the seller’s claims. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the exterior, interior, tires, brakes, and electronics so you can spot wear that may not show up in photos. Because this model year emphasizes a premium-feeling cabin, pay close attention to the condition of the display, infotainment system, and interior trim.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Buick Envision?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay patient and compare listings.

• Deal availability: 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,119 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.82% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $26,375, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Buick Envision's resale value?

The current average of $26,379 sits slightly below last year's $29,251.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy more confidently now. If you plan to sell later, the current softness means your future resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. A clean history and strong maintenance record should matter more when it comes time to trade or sell.

Should I buy a 2024 Buick Envision or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.82% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2024 Envision makes the most sense if you want the newer styling, updated cabin, and a market that still offers meaningful deal potential. If your priority is simply the lowest possible purchase price, a nearby model year may be worth a look, but the 2024 is the stronger pick if you value the refreshed design and more modern interior.
