Is the 2024 BMW M8 a good car?
Yes — the 2024 BMW M8 earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to very strong owner satisfaction. With 32.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a meaningful chance to find favorable pricing if you shop carefully. That combination makes it a compelling choice if you want a high-end performance car and are willing to compare listings closely.
Is the 2024 BMW M8 reliable?
Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. That kind of feedback suggests the ownership experience is resonating well with buyers who have lived with the car. For used shoppers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about the rating itself and more about buying a poorly maintained example, so condition and service history matter a lot.
What should I look for when buying a used 2024 BMW M8?
Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.1% — always verify the vehicle history report. You should also prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can catch wear, repairs, or cosmetic issues that may not show up in photos. Focus especially on overall condition, because a performance car like this can vary a lot depending on how carefully it was driven and maintained.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 BMW M8?
This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.
- Deal availability: 32.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 201 listings available.
- Clean inventory: 87.1% of listings are accident-free.
Should I buy a 2024 BMW M8 or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2024 if:
- 32.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.1% — always verify the vehicle history report.
- Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
Consider the 2023 if:
- It adds Competition-only focus, a standard 12.3-inch touchscreen, and more exterior color choices.
The bottom line: The 2024 BMW M8 is the better primary pick if you want strong owner satisfaction and a healthy share of deal-priced listings. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2023 can be worth a look because it brings meaningful equipment updates and may offer a lower entry price.
