Is the 2024 Audi Q8 a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Audi Q8 earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out as Audi’s flagship SUV with a sportier, more luxurious character than the Q7 it is based on, and its two-row layout gives it a more coupe-like, high-end feel. For you, that means a premium SUV that prioritizes style, refinement, and road manners over maximum family utility. 42.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which adds to the appeal if you are shopping now.

Is the 2024 Audi Q8 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Q8’s overview points to a polished powertrain setup, standard quattro all-wheel drive, and a well-equipped cabin, all of which support a reputation for solid everyday use. It also carries the kind of upscale engineering and build quality that buyers often expect from this segment. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that premium features can bring higher repair and maintenance costs over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Audi Q8?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report to confirm the car’s background and verify that the title and service history are clean. Put a pre-purchase inspection at the top of your list, with extra attention on the condition of the suspension, electronics, and interior features that make this SUV feel premium. Focus on overall wear, because a well-kept example should show consistent condition across the cabin, wheels, and exterior trim.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Audi Q8?

This looks like a buyer-friendly moment, with softer pricing and a healthy pool of listings to compare.

• Deal availability: 42.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

If you find a listing below $52,438, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Audi Q8's resale value?

The current average of $52,499 sits slightly below last year's $65,864.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, the key takeaway is that resale value will depend heavily on how well the vehicle is maintained and how competitively it is priced when you decide to sell. A clean history and strong condition should matter more when the market is already showing softer pricing.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Audi Q8 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 42.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 20.29% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

If you want the freshest version of this Q8 formula, the 2024 is the better primary choice because it combines updated styling, strong owner satisfaction, and a market that currently favors buyers. If your main goal is to minimize upfront cost, a nearby model year may be worth considering, but the 2024 still looks attractive if you value the refreshed look and the current pricing trend.
