Is the 2024 Audi Q5 a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong shopper satisfaction for this model year.

The 2024 Audi Q5 is described as a polished, well-equipped luxury SUV that emphasizes comfort, practicality, and a premium feel over flash. It also offers standard quattro all-wheel drive, a roomy interior, and a large trunk, so it fits well if you want an easy-to-live-with premium SUV. For buyers who value comfort, practicality, and a thoroughly equipped cabin, it makes a strong case.

Is the 2024 Audi Q5 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Audi Q5 is presented as a refined, familiar SUV with solid build quality and generous standard equipment. It also benefits from a premium-feeling cabin and a practical layout that should make day-to-day ownership straightforward. At the same time, the model has had complaints about the MMI infotainment system, so you should pay attention to how the tech behaves during a test drive.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the electronics and overall condition have been well maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Audi Q5?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 92.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you’re serious about, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that checks the infotainment system, since that’s an area with known complaints. Focus on overall condition, feature operation, and signs of wear that could affect a premium SUV’s ownership experience.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Audi Q5?

• Deal availability: 40.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 4,677 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 14.87% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $30,756, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Audi Q5's resale value?

The current average of $30,756 sits slightly below last year's $36,128.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point. For a future seller, it also means resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. A well-kept example should still appeal to shoppers who want a premium, practical SUV with standard all-wheel drive.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
