Used 2024 Acura ZDX for Sale nearOrlando, FL

How much does the 2024 Acura ZDX cost?

Prices have softened 10.59% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 166 listings available, which suggests limited but workable inventory for shoppers.

Is the 2024 Acura ZDX a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Acura ZDX earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.5/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Safety at 9/10.

It stands out as an electric luxury SUV with a distinctive backstory, since Acura and American Honda partnered with General Motors to use GM’s Ultium EV platform and source it from GM’s Spring Hill, Tennessee, assembly plant. The payoff is a stylish design, a comfortable character, and impressive technology, which makes it appealing if you want a premium EV with a polished feel and a modern feature set.

The trade-offs are clear: the charging rates are unimpressive, the control placements are quirky, and the interior plastics are cheap. Even so, 38.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 Acura ZDX reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The ZDX’s appeal is rooted in its comfortable cabin, enjoyable driving dynamics, and impressive technology, and Acura’s use of the Ultium EV platform gives it a modern mechanical foundation. The expert evaluation also notes that the ZDX is an appealing entrant in the luxury electric SUV segment, which supports confidence in the overall package.

The performance notes point to a capable EV with useful range and straightforward charging behavior at home and on DC fast chargers. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is making sure the battery and charging system are healthy, since EV ownership depends heavily on how the previous owner charged and maintained the vehicle.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Acura ZDX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one that has seen frequent fast charging. Focus on overall condition, charging performance, and whether the cabin and controls show the kind of wear that would suggest hard use.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The A-Spec and Type S both look sporty, but the A-Spec rides on 20-inch wheels while the Type S gets 22s and a black-painted roof. The Type S also adds more aggressive visual cues, though the black roof and chrome trim above the rear quarter window may not appeal to everyone.
• Powertrain: The ZDX is offered with single-motor rear-wheel drive and dual-motor all-wheel drive setups. In A-Spec form, output ranges from 358 horsepower and 324 pound-feet to 490 hp and 437 lb-ft, while the Type S uses a dual-motor AWD setup with 500 hp and 544 lb-ft.
• Safety package: A-Spec models get AcuraWatch, while Type S models upgrade to AcuraWatch 360+, which adds more parking sensors, a semi-autonomous parking assist system, a rear pedestrian alert system, a surround-view camera, and Hands-Free Cruise.
• Infotainment: You get configurable 11-inch digital instrumentation and an 11.3-inch touchscreen, plus Google Built-in, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and over-the-air-friendly connected features through Google services.
• Range & charging: The A-Spec RWD is rated at 313 miles, the A-Spec AWD at 304 miles, and the Type S at 278 miles. Acura says all three can charge from 20% to 80% in 42 minutes on a 190-kW DC fast charger, and home Level 2 charging adds 29.4 miles per hour.
• Battery health: Check battery state-of-health, ask how often the car was DC fast charged versus charged at home, and confirm how much of the battery warranty remains. A used EV is best when the battery has been treated consistently and the charging history makes sense for the mileage.

Which 2024 Acura ZDX trim should I buy?

The 2024 Acura ZDX is offered in 2 trim levels: A-Spec and Type S.

Here's the short version:

• A-Spec: This is the better-value choice if you want the ZDX’s style, comfort, and technology without paying for the Type S’s extra performance hardware. It still gives you AcuraWatch, the standard panoramic sunroof, Google Built-in, wireless smartphone integration, and the choice of rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive.
• Type S: This is the one to choose if you want the most power, the most aggressive chassis tuning, and the most advanced driver-assistance hardware. It adds AcuraWatch 360+, Hands-Free Cruise, adaptive air suspension, larger brakes, and the strongest output in the lineup.

The safety-package upgrade is most complete on the Type S, so if advanced driver assistance matters most, that’s the trim to target.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Acura ZDX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find opportunities.

• Deal availability: 38.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 166 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.59% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $33,869, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Acura ZDX's resale value?

The current average of $33,869 sits slightly below last year's $37,880.

That price movement suggests the ZDX has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help future resale stability if you buy at the right number. If you purchase near the current market average or below it, you reduce the chance of taking the steepest early hit.

For a future seller, the key is whether the ZDX continues to hold appeal as a stylish, well-equipped electric luxury SUV. Strong technology, a comfortable cabin, and a distinctive identity can help support demand, especially if the vehicle remains in clean condition and the battery has been cared for properly.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Acura ZDX safe?

The 2024 Acura ZDX earns a Top Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

AcuraWatch comes standard on the A-Spec and includes the brand’s collection of advanced driver-assistance systems with collision detection and avoidance features. On the Type S, AcuraWatch 360+ adds more parking sensors, a semi-autonomous parking assist system, a rear pedestrian alert system, a surround-view camera, and Hands-Free Cruise.

The main safety caveat is that the Type S’s Hands-Free Cruise system is more advanced than the standard setup, so if you want the fullest driver-assistance suite, you’ll need to shop that trim specifically.

Should I buy a 2024 Acura ZDX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 38.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.59% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 stands out as an appealing entrant in the luxury electric SUV segment, with Acura-specific design and details that separate it from GM-branded electric SUVs.

The bottom line: If you want the ZDX’s distinctive styling, strong tech, and premium EV character, the 2024 is the right place to start. If you’re price-sensitive, keep an eye on listings at the low end of the range and focus on clean-history examples, since the market already shows some softness and there are still enough listings to compare carefully.
