How much does the 2023 Porsche Macan cost?

There are 1,710 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare.

Is the 2023 Porsche Macan a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Porsche Macan earns a 4.5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its sporty features, fun driving experience, handling, standard features, and high-quality interior. The Macan’s compact-SUV format also fits shoppers who want a premium vehicle that feels more athletic than practical, though families may find the space less accommodating. With 34.6% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a compelling example.

Is the 2023 Porsche Macan reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience, with praise centered on the Macan’s overall quality and confidence-inspiring feel. That kind of reputation matters if you plan to keep the vehicle for the long term, because it suggests fewer surprises and more consistent day-to-day use. For used buyers, the main risk is less about the model’s core reliability and more about finding one that has been maintained properly.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Porsche Macan?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any candidate and confirm the vehicle’s maintenance record before you commit. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if the Macan has higher mileage or a long list of options that could add complexity. Focus your condition check on wear items, interior condition, and how the vehicle drives, since this model’s appeal depends heavily on a premium feel.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Porsche Macan?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep buyer’s-market discount.

• Deal availability: 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,710 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.06% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $49,820, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Porsche Macan's resale value?

The current average of $49,827 sits slightly below last year's $55,398.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more selectively now but may also temper near-term resale upside. If you plan to sell later, the current discounting means your eventual return will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped. Strong demand for well-kept examples should still support values, especially for buyers who want a premium compact SUV with a sporty reputation.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Porsche Macan or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 34.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.06% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $45,590, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $49,827 average.
• It emphasizes sporty driving feel over maximum utility.

The bottom line: Choose the 2023 if you want the newer pricing context, strong owner satisfaction, and a healthy pool of clean listings to shop from. If your priority is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the better value path, especially if you find one in strong condition and can live with its tighter practicality.
