Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Is the 2023 Porsche Cayenne reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2023 Cayenne is described as refined, sturdy, and built with solid construction, which supports confidence in day-to-day use. It also carries over without significant changes, so you are looking at a mature version of the model rather than a fresh redesign with unknowns. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that maintenance is pricey, so keeping up with service history matters.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Porsche Cayenne?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you are seriously considering, even when the market looks clean. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can check for wear, service gaps, and any signs of expensive maintenance needs. Focus especially on overall condition, because this model’s ownership costs can rise quickly if the vehicle has been neglected.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Porsche Cayenne?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,065 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.04% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $64,650, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Porsche Cayenne's resale value?

The current average of $64,650 sits slightly below last year's $71,868.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also mean future resale gains are more limited. If you plan to sell later, the Cayenne’s strong brand appeal and performance-focused identity should help it stay desirable. Still, the current pricing trend means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and maintenance history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Porsche Cayenne or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 32.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.04% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the Cayenne’s performance-first character and you value a mature, well-liked version of the model, the 2023 is the primary year to target. If you are more price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, mileage, and asking price.
