How much does the 2023 Nissan Kicks cost?

There are 1,892 listings available, which gives you a decent amount of inventory to compare before you decide.

Is the 2023 Nissan Kicks a good car?

Yes — the 4.71/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. Drivers consistently praise its value, spaciousness, safety features, and fuel efficiency, which makes it appealing if you want an affordable small SUV that is easy to live with. The 2023 Kicks fits especially well if you prioritize practicality and low running costs over speed or flash. With 34.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you still have room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Nissan Kicks reliable?

Owners rate it 4.71/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience, with drivers highlighting its value and fuel efficiency as reasons they feel good about keeping it long term. That kind of feedback matters when you’re shopping used, because it suggests the Kicks is the sort of vehicle owners can count on for everyday driving. For you, the main long-term ownership risk is less about complexity and more about making sure the specific used example has been cared for properly.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Nissan Kicks?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because a clean listing percentage does not replace a vehicle-by-vehicle review. Put inspection priority on overall condition, especially signs of prior bodywork, interior wear, and how well the car has been maintained. Since this model is valued for practicality and low running costs, you’ll want to focus on whether the specific car still feels tidy, well-kept, and consistent with that reputation.

This looks like a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 34.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,892 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.98% compared with last year.

What is the 2023 Nissan Kicks's resale value?

The current average of $18,033 sits slightly below last year's $18,780.

That softer pricing suggests the market has become a bit more favorable for buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to stay realistic on asking price. If you buy well and keep the vehicle in good condition, you may be better positioned when it’s time to sell. Strong value and broad shopper appeal can help support demand, especially for a model that emphasizes efficiency and practicality.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.71/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Nissan Kicks or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 34.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 85.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.98% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.71/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

The 2023 is a smart pick if you want the Kicks’ value, efficiency, and safety-focused personality at a price that has eased from last year. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may give you a lower entry point, but the 2023 remains the better all-around choice if you want a strong mix of inventory, owner satisfaction, and market softness.
