Used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC for Sale near Colorado

How much does the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC cost?

Prices have softened 9.76% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 2,488 listings available, which suggests you should have a reasonable amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction, and the expert score is 6.33/10. The model scores 7/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Safety.

The 2023 GLC is aimed at you if you want a comfortable, refined small luxury SUV with premium interior materials and a polished cabin. It stands out more for traditional luxury and a calm driving experience than for sporty handling or maximum utility.

The main trade-offs are clear: it does not offer much cargo space, and it is not especially exciting to drive. Even so, the overall package remains appealing if your priorities are comfort, fuel efficiency, and a high-end interior.

37.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2023 GLC is presented as a refined, comfort-focused luxury SUV, and the expert review emphasizes smooth acceleration, a quiet cabin, and a suspension tuned for compliance. That combination usually matters to used buyers because it suggests the vehicle is built around everyday ease rather than hard use.

The expert review also notes that the adaptive cruise control is smooth and trustworthy in operation, and false alarms are extraordinarily rare. If you want a used luxury SUV that feels settled and polished rather than demanding, this model year fits that brief well.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is less about outright performance and more about whether the vehicle has been maintained carefully enough to preserve its premium feel.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because even a strong accident-free share does not guarantee the individual vehicle you are considering has a clean past. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on cabin condition, electronics, and any signs that the premium interior has been heavily worn or poorly repaired.

Pay close attention to how the vehicle’s comfort features, driver-assistance systems, and infotainment controls operate in real use. Since this model emphasizes refinement and technology, small issues can have an outsized effect on your ownership experience.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The standard GLC 300 is the redesigned model, while the Coupe models are carryovers from the previous generation. The newer cabin brings a large vertical infotainment touchscreen and a tablet-like instrument panel, but the older Coupe layout uses a smaller screen mounted higher on the dash and a center-console trackpad that can be easier to use. If you want the most modern interior, focus on the redesigned GLC 300; if you value the older layout’s usability, the Coupe may appeal more.
• Powertrain: The GLC 300 uses a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder with a 48-volt mild-hybrid system, paired with a nine-speed automatic. Rear-wheel drive is standard, and 4Matic all-wheel drive is available. The setup is tuned for smooth, linear acceleration and comfort rather than sporty urgency.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, a blind-spot monitor, adaptive headlights with automatic high beams, and a driver attention monitor. The optional Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, evasive steering assist, and emergency stop assist. The Coupe also includes cross-traffic alerts and a surround-view camera as standard.
• Infotainment: The new GLC uses an 11.9-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and the MBUX voice system. The screen is placed lower on the dash, which can make it more distracting to use, and the steering-wheel touchpad can be frustrating because of its sensitivity.
• Fuel efficiency: The rear-wheel-drive GLC 300 is estimated at 25 mpg city, 32 mpg highway, and 28 mpg combined. The 4Matic version is estimated at 23 mpg city, 31 mpg highway, and 26 mpg combined. The older Coupe is estimated at 22 mpg combined.

Which 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC trim should I buy?

The 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC is offered in 1 trim level: GLC 300.

Here's the short version:

The GLC 300: This is the only standard GLC trim for 2023, and it is the one to focus on if you want the redesigned SUV with the newest cabin, the 255-horsepower mild-hybrid four-cylinder, and the best balance of comfort and efficiency. It suits you best if you want the core GLC experience without moving into the older Coupe body style or waiting for higher-performance variants. The standard safety equipment is solid, and the optional Driver Assistance package adds the most useful advanced features if you want more capability.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 37.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,488 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.76% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $37,396, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC's resale value?

The current average of $37,396 sits slightly below last year's $41,441.

That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may temper future resale gains if you plan to sell soon. If prices continue to soften, your ownership cost could be more favorable, but the flip side is that resale upside may be limited compared with a stronger market.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC safe?

The previous GLC on which the returning Coupe is based received a five-out-of-five star rating from NHTSA for overall, frontal, and side crash protection. It also received top scores from the IIHS and was named a Top Safety Pick, its second-highest honor.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety features for the new GLC 300 include forward collision warning with automatic emergency braking, a blind-spot monitor, adaptive headlights with automatic high beams, and a driver attention monitor. The optional Driver Assistance package adds adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, evasive steering assist, and emergency stop assist. The Coupe also includes cross-traffic alerts and a surround-view camera as standard, while the package itself remains the same.

Crash-test results for the new 2023 GLC 300 are not yet available from either NHTSA or IIHS, so the strongest published ratings apply to the previous-generation model that underpins the Coupe.

Should I buy a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 37.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.76% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It brings a conservative redesign with a premium cabin and a comfort-first driving character.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $41,535, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $37,396 average.
• It adds a broader lineup with AMG variants returning.

The bottom line: if you want the better value and are focused on comfort, refinement, and a lower purchase price, the 2023 is the smarter path. If you want a broader lineup and are willing to pay more for added performance choices, the 2024 is worth a look.
