The Modena trim also comes with a twin-turbo V6, but with an output of 424 horsepower and 428 pound-feet of torque. The top-tier Quattroporte Trofeo boasts a twin-turbocharged V8 that puts out 580 horsepower and 538 pound-feet of torque. These engines route power to the rear wheels through an eight-speed automatic transmission. The Modena Q4 comes equipped with all-wheel drive (AWD).
