Is the 2023 Jeep Renegade a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating suggests strong owner satisfaction for this model year.

That kind of feedback matters when you’re narrowing down used options, especially if you want a vehicle that has already earned positive real-world approval. With 33.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have a decent chance of finding a competitively priced example.

Is the 2023 Jeep Renegade reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

For used buyers, that points to lower ownership anxiety if you focus on well-kept examples with clean records and consistent maintenance. The main risk is buying a neglected vehicle, so condition and history should carry a lot of weight in your decision.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Jeep Renegade?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the report carefully for prior damage, title issues, and repeated ownership changes. Put inspection priority on wear items, signs of poor repair work, and anything that suggests the vehicle has been driven hard or maintained inconsistently. Focus on overall condition, because a clean-looking listing can still hide expensive problems.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Jeep Renegade?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,513 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.57% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,556, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Jeep Renegade's resale value?

The current average of $19,556 sits slightly below last year's $21,390.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale will depend heavily on how well the market holds up. If prices stay near current levels, your depreciation risk may be more manageable than it would be after a stronger run-up. Clean history and strong condition should matter more than ever if you want to protect value later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Jeep Renegade or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.57% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current pricing, inventory depth, and owner satisfaction, the 2023 is the primary year to target. If you’re especially price-sensitive, compare it against nearby years and focus on the cleanest, best-documented example rather than chasing the lowest sticker price alone.
