Used 2023 Genesis GV60 for Sale near Michigan

How much does the 2023 Genesis GV60 cost?

Prices are up 8.95% year-over-year — a sign of continued demand for this model year.

There are 129 listings available, which suggests limited but workable inventory for shoppers.

Is the 2023 Genesis GV60 a good car?

Yes — the 2023 Genesis GV60 earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.83/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Technology.

The GV60 stands out as Genesis’s first EV, and its appeal comes from its distinctive styling, fun driving character, and impressive technology. It works especially well if you want a compact luxury crossover that feels more expressive than conventional.

The trade-offs are clear: the ride can feel bouncy, cargo space is limited, and the value case is harder to make without the federal income tax credit. Even so, the combination of design, driving enjoyment, and technology gives it a strong personality.

31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2023 Genesis GV60 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The GV60’s reliability case is helped by its EV hardware and the brand’s emphasis on advanced technology. The expert evaluation also points to a smooth, quiet, and comfortable driving experience in everyday use, which supports the impression of a well-sorted vehicle.

The performance notes also suggest the battery and charging system are designed for practical ownership, with fast DC charging and easy home charging. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is making sure the battery and electronics have been cared for properly, since those are the systems that matter most over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Genesis GV60?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on an EV where software, charging behavior, and battery condition matter. Focus on whether the car has been consistently charged and whether any warning lights, charging issues, or unusual ride or steering behavior show up during a test drive.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Advanced and Performance trims both bring a high-end cabin and strong tech, but the Performance model adds more output and a more aggressive character. The base-level equipment is already rich, so the main question is whether you want the extra performance or are satisfied with the more efficient setup.
• Powertrain: Both trims use a dual-motor all-wheel drive setup. The Advanced makes 314 horsepower and 446 pound-feet of torque, while the Performance increases output to 429 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque.
• Safety package: Every GV60 has every driving-assistance system in the Genesis arsenal, including Remote Smart Parking Assist, Blind-Spot View Monitor, Advanced Rear Occupant Alert, and Highway Driving Assist with adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assistance, and lane-change assistance. The lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assistance systems were badly behaved in testing, so pay attention to how those systems operate on your test drive.
• Infotainment: The GV60 uses twin 12.3-inch displays under one piece of glass, with a touchscreen infotainment display, wireless-style convenience features, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, connected services, navigation, satellite radio, and a 17-speaker Bang & Olufsen premium sound system. It also has over-the-air-style connected functionality through its advanced digital systems.
• Range & charging: The Advanced is rated at 248 miles of range from a 77.4-kilowatt-hour battery pack, while the Performance is rated at 235 miles. Genesis says DC fast charging can take the battery from 10 percent to 80 percent in 18 minutes on a 350-kW charger, and home charging from 10 percent to 100 percent takes about seven hours.
• Battery health: For a used EV, you should check battery state-of-health, confirm normal charging behavior at home and on DC fast chargers, and review how much of the battery warranty remains. A healthy battery should charge predictably, hold range reasonably well, and show no signs of abnormal degradation.

Which 2023 Genesis GV60 trim should I buy?

The 2023 Genesis GV60 is offered in 2 trim levels: Advanced and Performance.

Here's the short version:

• Advanced: This is the better-value choice if you want the GV60’s core strengths without paying for the extra performance bump. You still get the dual-motor AWD setup, strong range, and the same high-tech cabin and safety equipment, making it the smarter pick for most shoppers.
• Performance: Choose this if you want the quickest version and are willing to trade some range for more power. It adds the stronger output and a more urgent driving feel, but the rest of the GV60’s appeal remains the same.

Every GV60 includes the full Genesis driver-assistance suite, so you do not need to move up for safety equipment.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Genesis GV60?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find opportunities.

• Deal availability: 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 129 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices are up 8.95% year-over-year.
• Clean inventory: 93.0% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $30,191, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Genesis GV60's resale value?

The current average of $36,472 sits slightly above last year's $33,474.

That upward move suggests the GV60 has held demand well relative to where it was a year ago. For a future seller, that can be a positive sign because a model with rising prices often has a healthier used-market floor.

The year-over-year increase also indicates that shoppers are still willing to pay for this model’s design and technology appeal. If supply stays limited and demand remains steady, resale values should remain supported.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2023 Genesis GV60 safe?

The 2023 Genesis GV60 earns a Top Safety Pick+ rating from IIHS.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Every GV60 has every driving-assistance system in the Genesis arsenal, including Remote Smart Parking Assist, Blind-Spot View Monitor, Advanced Rear Occupant Alert, and Highway Driving Assist with adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assistance, and lane-change assistance. That gives you a very full standard safety package.

One caveat is that the lane-departure warning and lane-keeping assistance systems were badly behaved in testing, with false warnings and inaccurate corrections. That means you should pay close attention to how the driver-assistance systems feel during your own test drive.

Should I buy a 2023 Genesis GV60 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices are up 8.95% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2023 Genesis GV60 is the first EV from Genesis, and its standout mix of styling, technology, and driving enjoyment gives it a clear identity in the segment.

The bottom line: If you want the GV60’s distinctive design and strong tech package, the 2023 is the right place to start. If you’re shopping mainly on price, a nearby model year may be worth comparing, but the 2023 still makes sense when you find a well-priced example with clean history and good battery health.
