Drivers’ feedback also points to a dependable ownership experience, with praise for the smooth ride and the kind of comfort that makes it easy to live with over time. For used buyers, that kind of satisfaction can be a positive sign, but you should still watch for wear-related issues that can affect long-term ownership costs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Cadillac XT6?

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a careful inspection of the body, interior, and electronics. If a listing looks especially clean and well maintained, that can be a stronger buy than one with a lower sticker price but more visible wear.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Cadillac XT6?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting a deep buyer’s-market discount.

• Deal availability: 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,586 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.19% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 84.5% of listings are accident-free.

What is the 2023 Cadillac XT6's resale value?

The current average of $34,718 sits slightly below last year's $39,092.

That price movement suggests the model has softened in the near term, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For future resale, a lower purchase price can reduce your depreciation exposure if the market stays steady. Well-kept examples should hold up better than average, especially if they remain attractive to shoppers looking for a luxury SUV with broad appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Cadillac XT6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 84.5% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.19% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $29,407, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $34,718 average.
• It offers a balanced mix of comfort, technology, and safety.

The bottom line: If you want the newer model year with strong owner satisfaction and a softer price trend, the 2023 is the better default choice. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2022 is the smarter path and still gives you many of the same core strengths.
