CarGurus Analysis: 2023 Acura Integra
overall

Summary
With 1,014 currently listed for sale and an average price of $26,943.00, 30.4% of 2023 Acura Integras for sale on CarGurus are rated as good or great deals.
Favorably reviewed: Owners rated the 2023 Acura Integra 5 / 5 stars and CarGurus experts gave it an 8.17 / 10.
82.3% of 2023 Integra models on CarGurus are accident free.
Why it stands out
The 2023 Acura Integra stands out first because it marks the model’s return after a 22-year hiatus. Acura keeps the liftback body style, and the car is positioned as a more engaging alternative to the lukewarm ILX sedan. In testing, it proved to be more than nostalgia alone, with a sharp-shifting, turbocharged sport compact character that delivers plenty of smiles.
Its appeal is rooted in the way it blends driving enjoyment with everyday usability. Great handling is a clear strength, and the availability of a manual transmission adds to its enthusiast appeal. Acura also equips it with standard advanced safety features, which broadens its case for buyers who want something fun without giving up modern peace of mind.
There are a couple of tradeoffs to keep in mind. The trunk lift-over height is awkward, which can make loading cargo less convenient, and ventilated seats are not offered. Even so, the 2023 Acura Integra’s mix of handling, manual-shift involvement, and standard safety equipment gives it a distinctive place among compact cars.

The Integra is the luxury model of the Honda Civic Sport Touring, one would think of it as a “luxury “ type of car. The price is just as competitive as the Honda Civic but it has a few more accessories, it also looks real elegant and sporty. The ELS stereo has 12 speakers and it boasts a turbo engine. Compared to Infinity Q50, or Audi A3 it is a bang for your money. Unlike the Honda Civic , it is not as common , too many civics out there plus it has the reliability of the Honda engine.

I prefer driving a manual transmission sedan. The manual requirement really narrows the field. The Integra stands out as a good balance of performance, comfort and value. The A-Spec tech package is the way to go with the larger screen and premium sound.

See more price trendsHow much does the 2023 Acura Integra cost?
| Metric | Value |

| Year-Round High | $27,773.15 |
| Average Price a Year Ago | $27,715 |

Prices have softened 2.83% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.
There are 1,022 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare. If you find a listing below $26,050.85, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
Is the 2023 Acura Integra a good car?
Yes — the 2023 Acura Integra earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Performance, Technology, and Safety.
It stands out as a more engaging alternative to the ILX sedan, with a sharp-shifting, turbocharged sport compact character and a liftback body style that still works for everyday use. Great handling and the availability of a manual transmission make it especially appealing if you want something fun without giving up practicality.
The trade-offs are straightforward: the trunk lift-over height is awkward, and ventilated seats are not offered.
With 31.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have room to shop selectively.
Is the 2023 Acura Integra reliable?
Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.
The 2023 Integra is positioned as a well-built premium compact with standard advanced safety equipment, and its expert notes emphasize a strong blend of driving enjoyment and everyday usability. Its turbocharged powertrain and manual-transmission tuning also suggest a car engineered for enthusiast use without feeling fragile.
The performance notes point to a lively 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder, rev-matching, and a limited-slip differential on the manual-equipped test vehicle, all of which support confidence in the drivetrain’s execution. On the cost side, the manual-transmission setup is paired with lower fuel economy than the CVT versions, so long-term ownership costs can rise if you prioritize the stick shift.
For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about outright durability and more about choosing a well-maintained example that matches your driving and fuel-economy expectations.
What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Acura Integra?
Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
You should still check the history report carefully, because accident-free listings are not the same as problem-free cars. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on cargo-area usability, interior condition, and whether the car’s features work as expected. If you’re considering a manual-transmission example, make sure the clutch, shifter action, and drivability feel consistent.
Key things to evaluate:
- Trim level: The base Integra gets 17-inch alloy wheels, while the A-Spec adds 18-inch Shark Gray wheels. The A-Spec and A-Spec with Technology also add microsuede upholstery, and the top trim brings more premium equipment.
- Powertrain: The 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-four makes 200 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque. Lower trims use a CVT, while the A-Spec with Technology can be paired with a six-speed manual transmission.
- Safety package: Acura includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, lane-keeping assist, traffic jam assist, traffic sign recognition, a rear-seat reminder, hill-start assist, and automatic brake hold. The A-Spec with Technology adds low-speed braking control, front and rear parking sensors, and rain-sensing windshield wipers.
- Infotainment: All models get Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, a USB-A port up front, and a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster. The Technology package upgrades to a 9-inch touchscreen, wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, a head-up display, a USB-C port up front, two rear USB-A ports, and an ELS Studio 3D audio system.
- Fuel efficiency: The CVT-equipped Integra is rated at 30/37/33 mpg in base form and 29/36/32 mpg in A-Spec guise. The manual-transmission version drops to 26/26/30 mpg, and city testing returned 23 mpg.
Which 2023 Acura Integra trim should I buy?
The 2023 Acura Integra is offered in 3 trim levels: Integra, A-Spec, and A-Spec with Technology.
Here's the short version:
- Base trim: The Integra trim gives you the core package, but it misses the more upscale touches found higher up the range, including the microsuede upholstery and the extra tech in the top trim.
- Sweet-spot trim: The A-Spec is the best middle ground if you want the sportier look with 18-inch wheels and the same standard safety equipment without jumping all the way to the top trim.
- Premium/top trim: The A-Spec with Technology is the one to buy if you want the most complete version, with the 9-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone integration, wireless charging, head-up display, and the available manual transmission.
- Off-road trim: Not applicable here.
The standard safety package is strong across the lineup, and the top trim adds only a few extra driver-assistance features rather than changing the car’s core safety story.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Acura Integra?
This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so it makes sense to shop carefully and compare listings.
- Deal availability: 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 1,022 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 2.83% compared with last year.
- Clean inventory: 83.3% of listings are accident-free.
If you find a listing below $26,050.85, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2023 Acura Integra's resale value?
The current average of $26,932 sits slightly below last year's $27,715.
That softer pricing suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. For a future seller, that also means resale performance will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and how well the car is equipped.
Because the model has strong enthusiast appeal and broad standard safety equipment, well-kept examples should remain easier to move than less distinctive compact cars. The best-positioned cars will be clean, well-optioned, and priced in line with the market.
Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Is the 2023 Acura Integra safe?
It earns five-star ratings overall from NHTSA.
It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.
Acura makes advanced driver-assistance features standard across the lineup, including automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, lane-keeping assist, traffic jam assist, traffic sign recognition, a rear-seat reminder, hill-start assist, and automatic brake hold. The A-Spec with Technology adds low-speed braking control, front and rear parking sensors, and rain-sensing windshield wipers.
The safety story is especially strong because these features are standard even with the manual transmission. That means you do not have to move up to a specific drivetrain just to get the core protection suite.
Should I buy a 2023 Acura Integra or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2023 if:
- 31.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Accident-free inventory is solid at 83.3% — always verify the vehicle history report.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 2.83% compared with last year.
- Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
- It combines a return-to-form liftback design with a manual transmission and standard advanced safety equipment.
Consider the 2024 if:
- At $29,705, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $26,932 average.
- The Type S adds more excitement for drivers who want a sharper performance focus.
The bottom line: if you want the better value and a broader pool of listings, the 2023 is the smarter buy. If you’re willing to spend more for a newer model and a more performance-focused setup, the 2024 is the path to consider.
