CarGurus Analysis: 2023 Acura Integra
overall

Summary
With 1,018 currently listed for sale and an average price of $26,838.00, 36.0% of 2023 Acura Integras for sale on CarGurus are rated as good or great deals.
Favorably reviewed: Owners rated the 2023 Acura Integra 5 / 5 stars and CarGurus experts gave it an 8.17 / 10.
82.2% of 2023 Integra models on CarGurus are accident free.
Why it stands out
The 2023 Acura Integra stands out first because it marks the model’s return after a 22-year hiatus. Acura keeps the liftback body style, and the car is positioned as a more engaging alternative to the lukewarm ILX sedan. In testing, it proved to be more than nostalgia alone, with a sharp-shifting, turbocharged sport compact character that delivers plenty of smiles.
Its appeal is rooted in the way it blends driving enjoyment with everyday usability. Great handling is a clear strength, and the availability of a manual transmission adds to its enthusiast appeal. Acura also equips it with standard advanced safety features, which broadens its case for buyers who want something fun without giving up modern peace of mind.
There are a couple of tradeoffs to keep in mind. The trunk lift-over height is awkward, which can make loading cargo less convenient, and ventilated seats are not offered. Even so, the 2023 Acura Integra’s mix of handling, manual-shift involvement, and standard safety equipment gives it a distinctive place among compact cars.

The Integra is the luxury model of the Honda Civic Sport Touring, one would think of it as a “luxury “ type of car. The price is just as competitive as the Honda Civic but it has a few more accessories, it also looks real elegant and sporty. The ELS stereo has 12 speakers and it boasts a turbo engine. Compared to Infinity Q50, or Audi A3 it is a bang for your money. Unlike the Honda Civic , it is not as common , too many civics out there plus it has the reliability of the Honda engine.

I prefer driving a manual transmission sedan. The manual requirement really narrows the field. The Integra stands out as a good balance of performance, comfort and value. The A-Spec tech package is the way to go with the larger screen and premium sound.

Is the 2023 Acura Integra a good car?
Yes — the 2023 Acura Integra earns a 5/5 user rating and an 8.17/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Performance, Technology, and Safety.
It stands out as a more engaging alternative to the ILX sedan, with a sharp-shifting turbocharged sport compact character and a liftback body style that adds everyday usefulness. Great handling is a clear strength, and the availability of a manual transmission gives you a more involved driving experience.
The main trade-offs are an awkward trunk lift-over height and the lack of ventilated seats. If you want a compact luxury car that prioritizes driving enjoyment without giving up standard safety equipment, this one fits that brief well.
The market backs that up, with 33.8% of listings marked as good or great deals.
Is the 2023 Acura Integra reliable?
Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.
The Integra is presented as a well-screwed-together compact with a premium feel, and its standard equipment list suggests Acura built it to deliver everyday confidence as well as driving enjoyment. The turbocharged powertrain is described as lively, and the manual-transmission setup is paired with rev-matching, stop/start, and brake hold in a way that makes the car feel thoughtfully engineered.
Acura also includes a maintenance perk in the ownership experience, which helps soften early running costs. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about basic dependability and more about whether the car was maintained carefully and used in a way that matches its sporty character.
What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Acura Integra?
Accident-free inventory is solid at 82% — always verify the vehicle history report.
You should still check the history report carefully, because a clean title alone does not tell you how the car was driven or maintained. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the cargo area, interior wear, and any signs of hard use, since this model’s sporty setup can attract enthusiastic owners. Pay close attention to whether the features you want are present on the specific trim you’re considering.
Key things to evaluate:
- Trim level: The base Integra gets 17-inch alloy wheels, while the A-Spec adds 18-inch Shark Gray wheels and microsuede upholstery. The A-Spec with Technology adds a 9-inch touchscreen, a head-up display, wireless phone integration, wireless charging, rear USB ports, and the premium audio system.
- Powertrain: The Integra uses a 1.5-liter turbocharged inline-four with 200 horsepower and 192 pound-feet of torque. Lower trims use a continuously variable automatic transmission, while the A-Spec with Technology can be paired with a six-speed manual transmission and a limited-slip differential.
- Safety package: Acura includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, lane-keeping assist, traffic jam assist, traffic sign recognition, a rear-seat reminder, hill-start assist, and automatic brake hold. The A-Spec with Technology adds low-speed braking control, front and rear parking sensors, and rain-sensing windshield wipers.
- Infotainment: All trims get Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, a USB-A port up front, and a 10.2-inch digital instrument cluster. The Technology package upgrades the touchscreen to 9 inches and adds wireless phone integration.
- Fuel efficiency: The EPA estimates 30 mpg city, 30 combined, and 26 highway for the manual-transmission model, while the CVT-equipped base configuration is rated at 30/33/37 and the A-Spec CVT at 29/32/36.
Which 2023 Acura Integra trim should I buy?
The 2023 Acura Integra is offered in 3 trim levels: Integra, A-Spec, and A-Spec with Technology.
Here's the short version:
- Integra: This is the value play if you want the core Integra experience at the lowest entry point. You still get the standard safety suite, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth, and the digital instrument cluster, so it covers the essentials well.
- A-Spec: This trim adds a more distinctive look with 18-inch wheels and microsuede upholstery. It makes sense if you want a sportier appearance and a more premium cabin feel without jumping all the way to the top trim.
- A-Spec with Technology: This is the best-value trim if you want the fullest feature set, including the larger touchscreen, head-up display, wireless phone integration, wireless charging, rear USB ports, and the upgraded audio system. It is also the only trim with the manual transmission, which makes it the clear pick for enthusiasts.
The safety package is standard across the lineup, while the top trim adds only a few extra driver-assistance features.
Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Acura Integra?
This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you compare listings carefully.
- Deal availability: 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Inventory: There are 1,029 listings available.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 3.28% compared with last year.
- Clean inventory: 82.0% of listings are accident-free.
If you find a listing below $26,042.98, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.
What is the 2023 Acura Integra's resale value?
The current average of $26,874 sits slightly below last year's $27,785.
That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable point in the cycle. If you plan to sell later, the current softness means your future resale will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim desirability.
Well-equipped examples should hold up better than stripped ones, especially if they include the manual transmission or the Technology package. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.
Is the 2023 Acura Integra safe?
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration awarded it five-star ratings overall in its crash tests.
It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.
Acura makes a strong case for standard driver assistance here, with automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control with low-speed follow, lane-keeping assist, traffic jam assist, traffic sign recognition, a rear-seat reminder, hill-start assist, and automatic brake hold. The A-Spec with Technology trim adds low-speed braking control, front and rear parking sensors, and rain-sensing windshield wipers.
A notable strength is that Acura includes these features even with the manual transmission. That said, the IIHS has not tested this model year, so there is no IIHS result to weigh alongside the NHTSA score.
Should I buy a 2023 Acura Integra or consider a different year?
If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:
Choose the 2023 if:
- 33.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
- Accident-free inventory is solid at 82% — always verify the vehicle history report.
- Price trend: Prices have softened 3.28% compared with last year.
- Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
- It blends a return-to-form liftback design with sharp handling and standard advanced safety features.
Consider the 2024 if:
- At $29,651, the 2024 costs more than the current year's $26,874 average.
- It adds a more excitement-focused Type S character and stronger emphasis on winding-road driving.
The bottom line: If you want the better value and broader used-market selection, the 2023 is the smarter starting point. If you are willing to pay more for a newer model with a more performance-focused personality, the 2024 is the alternative to watch.
