Should I buy a 2022 Tesla Model X or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 27.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 84.7% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices are up 4.13% year-over-year.
• Owners rate it 4.36/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2022 is the right pick if you want the updated Model X formula with strong owner approval, a broad feature set, and a market that still shows healthy demand. If you’re more price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on the best-conditioned example rather than the newest badge, since the right deal can matter more than the model year alone.
