Used 2022 RAM 2500 for Sale near Florida

How much does the 2022 RAM 2500 cost?

Prices have softened 9.67% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,871 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing trims and conditions.

Is the 2022 RAM 2500 a good car?

Yes — the 2022 RAM 2500 earns a 4.8/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its power, comfortable ride, and excellent interior features, and many also value its towing capability and overall usefulness for work or leisure. The truck’s upscale cabin and available technology help it stand out if you want heavy-duty strength with more comfort than you might expect. With 34.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2022 RAM 2500 reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

User feedback also highlights reliability, with owners describing it as dependable and a truck they can count on for towing and everyday use. That said, used buyers should still focus on maintenance records and condition, since long-term ownership risk is always tied to how hard a heavy-duty truck has been worked.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 RAM 2500?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 79.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then inspect the truck for signs of heavy towing, hard use, or uneven wear. Pay close attention to the condition of the drivetrain, suspension, brakes, and interior, since those areas can reveal how the truck was treated. A careful pre-purchase inspection matters most if you plan to use the truck for demanding work.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 RAM 2500?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,871 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.67% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 79.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $41,630, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 RAM 2500's resale value?

The current average of $41,630 sits slightly below last year's $46,087.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more affordably now but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the current trend means your return will depend heavily on mileage, condition, and how well the truck has been maintained. Strong demand for well-kept examples should still help support value.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 RAM 2500 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 34.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 79.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.67% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $47,626, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $41,630 average.
• It adds a more off-road-focused Rebel option.

The bottom line:
The 2022 is the better value if you want strong owner satisfaction, a lower average price, and a healthy pool of listings. If you want the newer model-year changes and are willing to pay more, the 2023 is the better secondary path; otherwise, the 2022 is the smarter buy for price-sensitive shoppers.
