Used 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA for Sale nearWashington, DC

How much does the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA cost?

Prices have softened 10.66% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 915 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. The 2022 GLA stands out as a compact luxury crossover with a more SUV-like shape, improved interior room and cargo space, and an upscale cabin with the standard MBUX infotainment system. It also gives you a useful mix of everyday tech and available performance, so it can fit well if you want a premium small crossover with a polished feel. With 38.9% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2022 GLA’s appeal comes from its premium-feeling cabin, useful technology, and broad range of configurations, including front-wheel drive or 4Matic all-wheel drive on the GLA 250. That combination suggests a model built to serve as a well-equipped daily driver rather than a stripped-down entry luxury SUV. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is choosing a poorly maintained example, so condition and service history matter.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should start with a history report to confirm the car’s background and look for any prior damage or title issues. Then prioritize a thorough inspection of the cabin electronics, infotainment functions, and overall mechanical condition, since this model leans heavily on technology and premium features. Focus on signs of wear that could affect your ownership experience, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage or heavily optioned example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA?

This is a moderate buyer’s market, so you can be selective without expecting every listing to be a bargain.

• Deal availability: 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 915 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.66% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 86.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $26,571, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA's resale value?

The current average of $26,571 sits slightly below last year's $29,742.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point. If you plan to resell later, the current softness means your future value will depend heavily on how well you preserve the car’s condition and mileage. A well-kept example should be easier to move than one with visible wear or a questionable history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLA or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 86.4% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.66% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $22,746, the 2021 costs less than the current year's $26,571 average.
• It offers a fresh redesign with compact, easy-to-maneuver proportions.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and owner satisfaction, the 2022 is the better primary target. If your main goal is to spend less upfront, the 2021 is the more budget-friendly alternative and still gives you the redesigned GLA formula.
