Used 2022 Maserati Levante for Sale nearBoston, MA

How much does the 2022 Maserati Levante cost?

Prices have softened 6.51% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 396 listings available, which gives you a modest amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2022 Maserati Levante a good car?

The 2022 Maserati Levante earns a 7.67/10 expert rating.

The standout strength is Performance at 9/10.

It stands out as a midsize two-row luxury crossover SUV that pairs twin-turbocharged engines with an eight-speed automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, so you get a performance-focused character that is uncommon in this class. The trade-offs are clear: it starts at $81,800 MSRP and climbs past $156,200, it is thirsty, and it does not prioritize practicality.

The main compromises are not much cargo space and poor fuel economy.

With 33.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2022 Maserati Levante reliable?

The 2022 Maserati Levante is presented as a low-volume luxury SUV that shares technology and engineering with other Stellantis brands, which supports its overall credibility. The expert commentary also notes that the driver-assistance system works well in practice.

Its performance hardware is substantial, with twin-turbocharged engines, an eight-speed automatic transmission, all-wheel drive, adjustable air springs, and Skyhook shock absorbers. That combination points to a vehicle built for strong road manners and capable everyday use.

For long-term ownership, you should be especially diligent about maintenance and keep an eye on mileage, since this is the kind of used luxury SUV where upkeep matters a lot.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Maserati Levante?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because even a strong accident-free share does not replace a VIN-specific review. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on maintenance records, wear items, and how the vehicle has been used. Given the Levante’s luxury-performance positioning, condition and upkeep matter as much as mileage.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base GT already includes leather seating, navigation, and a Harman Kardon audio system, while higher trims add more upscale materials and equipment. The Trofeo stands out with carbon-fiber interior trim panels, magnesium paddle shifters, quilted leather seats, an Alcantara headliner, and the full technology loadout.
• Powertrain: The GT and Modena use a 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6, while the Modena S and Trofeo use a twin-turbo V8. The lineup is tuned for strong acceleration, with the Trofeo reaching as low as 3.8 seconds to 60 mph.
• Safety package: The Driver Assistance Package adds adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning plus with autonomous emergency braking, a 360-degree surround-view camera, traffic sign recognition, active driving assist, and pedestrian recognition. It is optional on the GT and Modena and standard on the Modena S and Trofeo.
• Infotainment: You get an 8.4-inch central touchscreen, a smaller driver information display, navigation, voice control, Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, smartwatch connectivity, Amazon Alexa, and Google Assistant.
• Fuel efficiency: The Levante is described as thirsty and having poor fuel economy.

Which 2022 Maserati Levante trim should I buy?

The 2022 Maserati Levante is offered in 4 trim levels: GT, Modena, Modena S, Trofeo.

Here's the short version:

• GT: This is the entry point, but it still gives you leather seating, navigation, and a Harman Kardon audio system. It makes sense if you want the Levante experience at the lowest starting point and are comfortable with the optional driver-assistance package.
• Modena: This trim adds more power from the twin-turbo V6 and is the better-value choice if you want a stronger performance balance without jumping to the V8 models.
• Modena S: This is the step-up V8 trim, and it also makes the Driver Assistance Package standard. If you want more power plus more safety tech without going all the way to the top model, this is the sweet spot.
• Trofeo: This is the most powerful and most lavish version, with the V8 tuned to 580 hp and the richest interior treatment. Choose it if you want the full performance-luxury statement and are willing to pay for it.

The Driver Assistance Package is optional on the GT and Modena, and standard on the Modena S and Trofeo.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Maserati Levante?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile listings.

• Deal availability: 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 396 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.51% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $36,974, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Maserati Levante's resale value?

The current average of $36,974 sits slightly below last year's $39,548.

That tells you the market has softened, which can help you as a buyer today but may also mean slower appreciation if you plan to resell later. The Levante’s used-market pricing suggests it is holding value reasonably well for a niche performance luxury SUV, but it is still a six-figure vehicle in much of its trim range. If you buy carefully and keep mileage and maintenance in check, you should be in a better position when it comes time to sell.

Is the 2022 Maserati Levante safe?

The 2022 Maserati Levante does not have published NHTSA or IIHS crash-test ratings.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

The Levante’s Driver Assistance Package adds adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning plus with autonomous emergency braking, a 360-degree surround-view camera, traffic sign recognition, active driving assist, and pedestrian recognition. Maserati’s Highway Assist System can help maintain following distance, keep the SUV centered in its lane, and bring it to a complete stop when necessary.

The main caveat is that you are relying on the vehicle’s safety technology and engineering rather than published crash-test results, so you should pay close attention to how well the driver-assistance features work on the specific vehicle you’re considering.

Should I buy a 2022 Maserati Levante or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 33.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.51% compared with last year.
• The 2022 stands out for its performance-focused character, with twin-turbo power and a driving experience that is meant to be engaging rather than merely competent.

The bottom line: If you want the Levante’s blend of style, speed, and Italian character, the 2022 is a strong year to target because prices have eased and inventory is available. If you are more price-sensitive, you should focus on the best-maintained examples and be willing to shop patiently for a clean, well-priced listing.
